Տեսախցիկը ֆիքսել է ողբերգական ավտովթարը, երբ բեռնատարը մխրճվում է «Ֆլեշ» բենզալցակայանի մեջ (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOShamshyan.com-ը ներկայացնում է մարտի 16-ին Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարի տեսանյութը, որը ֆիքսվել է տեսախցիկի կողմից, թե ինչպես է բեռնատարը բախվում «Բոգդան» ավտոբուսին, այնուհետև մխրճվում «Ֆլեշ» բենզալցակայանի մեջ։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, մարտի 16-ին խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցում բախվել էին «Բոգդան» և Foton մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել էր, իսկ Foton-ը մխրճվել էր հարևանությամբ գործող «Ֆլեշ» բենզալցակայանի մեջ՝ նյութական վնաս պատճառելով թե՛ բենզալցակայանին, թե՛ այնտեղ կայանված Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել
Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ Երևանի ՃՈ պետ Խաչիկ Սամվելյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել էին նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության ՀՆՓԱԻԿ 17-րդ փրկարարական ջոկատը Հրամանատար Արթուր Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ, և թիվ 9 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ խմբի պետ Աղասի Բարսեղյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի հետևանքով բենզալցակայանի մեջ մխրճված ավտոմեքենայի ուղևորը, ըստ դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածների՝ իրեն ավտոմեքենայից դուրս էր նետել, երբ վարորդը հայտնել էր, որ մեքենայի արգելակների հետ խնդիր է առաջացել և իրեն նետելով ավտոմեքենայից՝ տեղում մահացել էր, 2 հոգի էլ տեղափոխվել էին հիվանդանոց:
Վթարի մասին Երևանի ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Արսեն Կարապետյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էր Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել էր քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտաշես Վանյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սամվել Սամվելյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գեղամ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Փաստի առթիվ Գ. Գալստյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
