«1:0 հօգուտ Պուտինի». գերմանական Die Zeit-ը՝ ԱՄՆ և ՌԴ առաջնորդների միջև տեղի ունեցած վերջին միջադեպի մասին

Գերմանական Die Zeit պարբերականի լրագրող Մայքլ Թումանը ծավալուն հոդված է ներկայացրել՝ անդրադառնալով օրերս ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին:
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հեղինակը հոդվածի որոշակի կրճատումներով.
«Ջո Բայդենը Վլադիմիր Պուտինին մարդասպան է անվանել: Այս հայտարարությունը հետք կթողնի Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ նրա հարաբերությունների վրա: Մենք վտանգավոր սրման շեմի՞ն ենք»,- սկսելով իր հոդվածը՝ հարցնում է Թումանը:
«Եկեք մի փոքր հետ գնանք: Բայդենի նախորդը՝ Բարաք Օբաման, նույնպես մեկ անգամ վիրավորել էր Պուտինին՝ 2014 թվականին Ղրիմ ներխուժելուց հետո Ռուսաստանն անվանելով «տարածաշրջանային տերություն»: Այն ժամանակ Մոսկվան ավելի շատ էր վրդովվել, քանի որ ռուսական տեսանկյունից, ստորացումն ավելի վատ է, քան բանավոր դատապարտումը», - նկատում է լրագրողը:
Թումանն իր հոդվածում, վկայակոչելով ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքերը, ընդգծում է, որ «այնուամենայնիվ, վերջին միջադեպից հետո Պուտինը Բայդենին առողջություն է մաղթել, բանավեճի հրավիրել և իր պատասխանում նշել՝ նման բառերն իրականում բնութագրում են այն մարդկանց, որոնք դրանք արտաբերում են»:

Հոդվածի հեղինակի կարծիքով՝ այնուամենայնիվ, ներկայում «անմիջական հետևանքներ դեռևս չեն լինի»:
«Ջո Բայդենը դարձել է Ռոնալդ Ռեյգանից ի վեր առաջին նախագահը, որն իր նախագահությունը չի սկսել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վերականգնմամբ: Նա լավ գիտի Պուտինին, քանի որ դեռ Օբամայի օրոք զբաղեցնում էր փոխնախագահի պաշտոնը, որի ժամանակ անցել էր մի շարք ճգնաժամերի միջով՝ սկսած Ղրիմից մինչև Ռուսաստանի ենթադրյալ միջամտությունը 2016-ի ընտրարշավին: «Դուք հոգի չունեք», - ասել էր նա մի անգամ Պուտինին, որին ի պատասխան ՌԴ նախագահը նշել էր՝ «Մենք հասկանում ենք միմյանց»»,- փաստում է հոդվածագիրը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ՌԴ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունների սրմանը, ապա այս առումով Թումանը, հիշելով վերջին շրջանի դեպքերը, վստահեցնում է գերտերությունների միջև հարաբերությունները կմնան «սառնարանային ջերմաստիճանի» վրա, բայց երկխոսությունը կշարունակվի այն նույն մարդկանց միջև, որոնք իրար «մարդասպան» են անվանում:
Հիշեցնենք՝ ավելի վաղ Բայդենը, պատասխանելով ԶԼՄ-ների հարցին, թե արդյոք նա Պուտինին մարդասպան է համարում, դրական պատասխան էր տվել, ինչպես նաև հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը «պատասխան կտա» ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրություններին, իբր, միջամտելու համար:
