Թուրքիան ողջունել է Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը

«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
«Երբ Թուրքիան հայտարարեց, որ դատապարտում է Հայաստանում «ռազմական հեղաշրջման» փորձը՝ նկատի ունենալով ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի հայտարարությունը, չէի շտապում մեկնաբանել։
Դրանից հետո Թուրքիան արդեն հասցրել է ողջունել Հայաստանում արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մտադրության վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը։

Դեռ չեմ խոսում Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող այլ հայտարարությունները, որոնք Թուրքիայի տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ հնչեցնում են ամենատարբեր առիթներով։

Այս հայտարարություններն առաջին հերթին փորձում եմ դիտարկել Թուրքիայի՝ մեր տարածաշրջանում ակտիվ մուտք գործելու և «հարմար» տեղավորվելու շրջանակներում և հասկանալի է, որ առաջիկայում ևս Հայաստանի և Հայաստանի շուրջ ընթացող իրավիճակների վերաբերյալ դեռ առիթներ կունենանք լսելու Թուրքիայի արձագանքը։

Բայց խնդիրն այլ բանում է։ Երբ Թուրքիան դատապարտեց Հայաստանում ռազմական «հեղաշրջման փորձը», հիմնական քննարկումներն ու վերլուծությունները ընթանում էին նրա՝ Փաշինյանին փոխանցվող քաղաքական աջակցության շրջանակներում։
Նույն տրամաբանության մեջ էր քննարկումը ՀՀ-ում արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման վերաբերյալ թուրքական արձագանքի ժամանակ։

Այստեղ այդքան մտահոգիչ չէ Թուրքիայի հայտարարությունները, որքան այն, որ իշխանությունը որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքում թուրքական միջամտություններին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը օպերատիվ արձագանքում են իրենց իշխանությանը սպառնացող ցանկացած իրադարձության, բայց Թուրքիայի հայտարարությունները ցանկացած միջոցով շրջանցում են։

Կարող ե՞նք ենթադրել, որ դա բխում է իրենց շահերից և այս տեսանկյունից նրանց համար միևնույն է, թե ով է քաղաքական աջակցություն ապահովում։

Կարող ե՞նք արդյոք բացառել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության և Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների ընդհանուր շահերի շրջանակներում որևէ կարգի համագործակցությունը։

Ամեն դեպքում, երկու հարցադրման պատասխանն է ձևակերպելիս բացառել չենք կարող, ավելին՝ մանրամասն վերլուծությունները ավելի շատ կհաստատեն, քան կբացառեն։

Եվ վերջապես, ինչո՞ւ են իշխանության տարբեր կալիբրի պաշտոնյաներ խիստ ագրեսիվ դառնում, երբ նրանց նկատմամբ քննադատություն է հնչում երկրի ներսում և այդքան սիրալիր են, երբ Հայաստանի կամ կոնկրետ իրենց իշխանության մասին մեկնաբանություններ հնչեցնում են Թուրքիայից կամ Ադրբեջանից»։
