«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրերս Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի ռեկտորի մրցույթի երկրորդ փուլի արդյունքներով օրերս ռեկտոր է ընտրվել համալսարանի ռեկտորի նախկին տեղակալ Գոռ Վարդանյանը: Այս ընտրությունը զերծ չմնաց նաև սկանդալներից: Մասնավորաբար, սկանդալի կիզակետում էր ՀԱՊՀ կառավարման խորհրդի հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գոհար Մամիկոնյանը: Վերջինս նիստի ընթացքում ցուցադրաբար հրաժարվել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պարտականություններից՝ բոլորին մեղադրելով կեղծիքների մեջ և մասնավորաբար վիճարկելով երեք քվեաթերթիկի անվավերության հարցը: Նա նշել է, թե հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովը սխալ որոշում է կայացրել:

Ի դեպ, նույն Գոհար Մամիկոնյանը դրանից հետո լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում խոստովանել է, որ խոսքը վանդակից մի փոքր դուրս եկած «պտիչկայի» մասին է: Համալսարանում մեծամասնությունը վստահ է, որ իրականում բավականին թափանցիկ ու արդար ընտրություններ են անցել: Այս պարագայում հարց է ծագում, թե ի՞նչ նպատակ է հետապնդում Մամիկոնյանի նման պահվածքը: Պարզվում է՝ նա ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի օրոք նշանակվել է նախարարի խորհրդական, և այսօր էլ շարունակում է աշխատել նոր նախարարի հետ: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները, այդ թվում ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն ու անընդհատ սկանդալների մեջ հայտնվող ԲՏ նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանն իրենց թեկնածուն են ունեցել, որը պարտվել է: Փաստացի, ստացվում է, որ գործ ունենք երիտասարդ ռեկտորի դեմ իրականացվող արշավի հետ: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Գոռ Վարդանյանի դեմ հետևողական աշխատանք է տարվել իշխանությունների կողմից: Քանի որ այդ ամենն ապարդյուն է եղել, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանություններն անցել են ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա ստվեր գցելու և Վարդանյանին անվանարկելու փորձերին:

Ի դեպ, որպես սենսացիա, շրջանառության մեջ էր դրվել նաև այն տեղեկությունը, թե Գոռ Վարդանյանը ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանի սանիկն է: Սակայն, հանուն արդարության, պետք է նշենք, որ դա առանձնապես սենսացիա չէր և հայտնի էր նաև մինչ ընտրությունները:
