Ռուսական ավանդական արդարացումներն այլեւս սպառել են իրենց. Հարկ է անցնել բուն խնդրին
ANALYSISՀայաստանում 1921 թվականի փետրվարյան ապստամբությունը, որը նախաձեռնել էր ՀՅ Դաշնակցությունը, ազդեց Ղարաբաղի հարցով Իոսիֆ Ստալինի դիրքորոշման վրա, Երեւանում կլոր սեղանի ժամանակ ասել է ռուս քաղաքագետ եւ պատմաբան Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը: Նրա կարծիքով՝ դա դարձավ պատճառներից մեկը, որ Ստալինը որոշեց Ղարաբաղը հանձնել Ադրբեջանին:
Երեւանում պատմաբանների, փորձագետների կլոր սեղանը «նվիրված է 1921 թ. ռուս-թուրքական պայմանագրի 100-ամյակին», ինչպես գրված է կազմակերպիչների պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ: Չնայած «հոբելյանական միջոցառմոնը», դրանում հետաքրքիր միտում է նկատվել. հայկական կողմից հարցեր են ուղղվել ռուս գործընկերներին, մոտավորապես այսպես՝ մենք էլ չենք կարողանում արդարացնել ռուսական քաղաքականությունը եւ փաստարկներ չունենք, դրանք չկան, մի բան արեք, ռուսական կողմն էլ առայժմ փորձում է շարունակել «հայերի մեղավորության եւ ռուսների ստիպվածության» մասին գիծը:
Պետք է նշել սակայն, որ հայկական կողմից հնչել են նոր բառակապակցություններ՝ 1921 թ. ռուս-թուրքական պայմանագիր (խորհրդա-քեմալականին զուգահեռ), Հայաստանի շահերի հաշվին, 1921-ի պայմանագրի եւ 2020-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության կապ եւ այլն: Այս արտահայտությունների արմատավորումն ակադեմիական պահպանողական շրջանակներում նշանակում է, որ իրավիճակ է փոխվել, եւ կենցաղային հարցադրումներից հարկ է անցնել քննարկումների ու քաղաքականության հաջորդ մակարդակ:
Մարկեդոնովի վերոբերյալ խոսքը, մի կողմից, ռուսական ավանդական արդարացումների շարքից է: Բանն այն է, որ փետրվարյան ապստամբությունը եղել է 1921-ին, որից հետո Մոսկվան առնվազն երկու որոշում է ընդունել Արցախը Հայաստանին փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ: Եվ միայն 1923-ին է Արցախը փոխանցվել Բաքվի վերահսկողությանը: Բացի այդ, փետրվարյան ապստամբության կապակցությամբ Մարկեդոնովի ավագ գործընկերը՝ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը, գտնում է, որ Մոսկվայում ողջունել են Հայաստանի հարավում զինված դիմադրությունը, քանի որ Սյունիքը պետք էր Ռուսաստանին:
Իսկ գուցե հենց փետրվարյան ապստամբությո՞ւնն է եղել պատճառոը, որ Մոսկվան որոշել էր Արցախը փոխանցել Հայաստանին, եւ միայն «հայկական սպառնալիքի» չեզոքացումից հետո է կայացրել Բաքվին փոխանցելու որոշումը:
Մյուս կողմից, Մարկեդոնովի հայտարարությունն առնչություն ունի բուն խնդրին՝ Ռուսաստանում ուժեղ եւ կենսունակ անկախ Հայաստանը համարվել է սպառնալիք թե 100 տարի առաջ, թե ներկայում: Թերեւս ժամանակն է, որ հայ-ռուսական քննարկումները, եթե դրանց անհրաժեշտությունն իհարկե ապագայում լինի, անցնեն արդեն բուն՝ քաղաքական-քաղաքակրթական շրջանակին:
