Հետաքրքիր զուգադիպություն. Երբ հրաժարական կտա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. «Հրապարակ»
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. « ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումից հետո երեկ հայտարարվեց, որ հունիսի 20-ին Հայաստանում արտահերթ ընտրություններ են սպասվում։ Գործող օրենսդրության, մասնավորապես, Ընտրական օրենսգրքի համաձայն, ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններն անցկացվում են խորհրդարանն արձակվելուց ոչ շուտ, քան 30, և ոչ ուշ, քան 45 օր հետո: Իսկ խորհրդարանն արձակվում է վարչապետի հրաժարականից և երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում նոր վարչապետ չընտրվելուց հետո։ Սա նշանակում է, որ եթե ամեն ինչ գնա իր հունով, ապա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ապրիլի 22-27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պետք է հրաժարական տա։
Ի դեպ, 2018-ի ապրիլի 23-ին հրաժարական տվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ Սակայն չնայած ԼՀԿ ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը երեկ հայտարարեց, որ առաջիկա օրերին կհանվի նաև ռազմական դրությունը, բայց անակնկալները չեն բացառվում։ Եթե խորհրդարանն ընդունի նոր Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը և մասնավորապես այն դրույթը, որ ռազմական դրության ժամանակ ԱԺ ընտրություններ չեն անցկացվում, ռազմական կամ արտակարգ դրության ավարտից ոչ շուտ, քան 50, և ոչ ուշ, քան 65 օր հետո անցկացվում են ռազմական կամ արտակարգ դրության պատճառով տեղի չունեցած ԱԺ հերթական կամ արտահերթ ընտրություններ, ապա ընտրության օրվա վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ջուրն է ընկնելու, և լավագույն դեպքում փոխվելու են ժամկետները, վատագույն սցենարով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարող է անժամկետ մնալ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, եթե ռազմական դրությունը չհանվի։ Ի դեպ, ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և Էդմոն Մարուքյանը պնդել են, որ մինչև հունիսի 1-ն անցկացվեն ընտրությունները, սակայն Փաշինյանը համոզել է, որ չեն հասցնի՝ ԿԸՀ-ն պետք է պատրաստվի»։
