«10 օր բանակցել ենք․ ընդհանուր հայտարարի չգալու ու այլընտրանք չունենալու պատճառով ստիպված գնացել եմ այդ քայլին»․ Մերի Երեմյանը՝ «Ծաղիկներ ձյան տակ» սերիալից հեռանալու մասին

Tert.am Life-ն արդեն հայտնել է, որ դերասանուհի Մերի Երեմյանն «Արմենիա TV»–ի «Ծաղիկներ ձյան տակ» հեռուստասերիալում այլևս չի նկարահանվում։ «Երկուսով» հեռուստասերիալի նկարահանումները վերսկսվել են և Մերին միացել է նախկին թիմին, իսկ «Ծաղիկներ ձյան տակ» հեռուստասերիալում դերասանուհու նկարահանումները կիսատ են մնացել։

Նախագծի պրոդյուսեր Ելենա Արշակյանը Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր՝ Մերին նկարահանումից 1 օր առաջ է տեղեկացրել, որ այլևս չի ներկայանալու նկարահանման։

Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում Մերին ասաց, որ մինչև նախապահանջ ներկայացնելն այդ հարցի շուրջ բանակցել է Ելենա Արշակյանի հետ։  

«Մինչև նախապահանջ ներկայացնելն այս հարցի շուրջ Ելենա Արշակյանի հետ մոտ 10 օր բանակցել ենք և ընդհանուր հայտարարի չգալու ու այլընտրանք չունենալու պատճառով ստիպված գնացել եմ այդ քայլին, որի մասին նույնպես նախապես տեղեկացվել են»,- ասաց Մերին:

Դերասանուհու խոսքով՝ «Ծաղիկներ ձյան տակ» նախագծին միանալուց առաջ նախագծի պրոդյուսեր Ելենա Արշակյանին տեղեկացրել է, որ «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերության «Երկուսով» նախագիծն անավարտ է մնացել, պայմանագիրն էլ դեռ ուժի մեջ է:

«Իմ քայլերը համաձայնեցրել եմ «Շանթ»-ի հետ՝ այլ նախագծում նկարահանվելու թույլտվություն ստանալով՝ պայմանով, որ «Երկուսով» նախագիծը վերսկսելու դեպքում ավարտին հասցնեմ այն: Մենք Ելենա Արշակյանի հետ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն ենք ունեցել, ներկայացրել եմ իրավիճակը, ստացել բանավոր համաձայնություն նախագիծն ավարտելու մասին, իսկ նկարահանման օրերի քանակի հետ կապված ոչ մի խոսակցություն չի եղել: Այլևս չեմ նկրահանվում «Ծաղիկներ ձյան տակ» հեռուստասերիալում, քանի որ այլընտրանք չունեի։ «Արմենիա TV»-ի նախագիծը շարունակելու միակ հնարավորությունը «Շանթի»-ի նախագծից հրաժարվելն էր, բայց ես չէի կարող դա անել, մարդկային չէր լինի»,- նշեց Մերին:  

Մերին պատմեց, որ «Արմենիա TV»-ի հետ պայմանագրում նշվում է՝ այլ նախագծում նկարահանվելու թույլտվություն և հնարավորություն չունի։  «Քանի որ իրավիճակն այլ էր և մենք նախապես պայմանավորվածություն ունեինք, ենթադրեցի, որ դա չի վերաբերվում այդ կետին, այսինքն՝ պայմանագրում չենք նշել «Շանթ»-ի նախագծի հետ կապված բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունը։ Այստեղ խոսքն ազնվության մասին է։ Ինձ համար կարևորը պատասխանտվությունն էր, որը ես ունեի «Շանթ»-ի հանդեպ, որովհետև այնտեղ նախագիծը կիսատ չէի թողնելու, ցանկացած պարագայում: Ես դա զգուշացրել եմ իրենց»,- ասաց Մերին և հավելեց, որ որևէ խնդիր և կոնֆլիկտ չի ունեցել և չունի:  

Հարցին, թե խնդիրը տեղափոխվե՞ լ է իրավաբանական տիրույթ, Մերին պատասխանեց․ «Իմ ներկայացուցիչը ներկայացրել է նախապահանջ, որը ենթադրում է պայմանագրի միակողմանի լուծում»:
