«Առավոտյան գնալու եմ դատարան, եթե նման որոշում լինի՝ պաշտոնապես կստանամ»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ եթե տեղեկությունը ճիշտ լինի, կնշանակի, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը շարունակո՞ւմ է պաշտոնավարել՝ փաստաբանը պատասխանեց. «Այո, եթե հայցի ապահովումը դատարանը բավարարած լինի, պարոն Գասպարյանը շարունակելու է պաշտոնավարել որպես Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ մինչև վերջնական դատական ակտի կատարումը, եթե իհարկե, ընթացքում մյուս կողմը չմիջնորդի հայցի ապահովումը վերացնել և դատարանը չքննի ու միջնորդությունը չբավարարի հայցի ապահովման վերացման»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
