sevastopol.su-ն «Ղարաբաղյան պատանդները. ո՞ւմ է ձեռնտու գերիներին չվերադարձնելը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանում սուտ են անվանել Բաքվի այն հայտարարությունը, թե Ադրբեջանը բոլոր ռազմագերիներին վերադարձրել է Հայաստան: Նմանատիպ իրադարձությունները առանց այդ էլ լարված տարածաշրջանում չեն կարող ուշադրություն չգրավել: Այնուամենայնիվ, իրավիճակն այստեղ շատ ավելի բարդ և շատ ավելի վատ է, քան կարող է թվալ: Թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ բարոյական առումով: Խոսքը մի քանի հարյուր հայ ռազմագերիների մասին է, որոնք գերեվարվել են եռակողմ հայտարարության պաշտոնական ստորագրումից հետո: Նման հանգամանքներում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, դիպվածները սովորական են. դժվար ռելիեֆ, անհասկանալի իրավիճակ, հակասական հրամաններ, թշնամու կողմից չգրավված տարածքներից զորքերի քաոսային դուրսբերում և այլն:

Կամ այնպես լինի, որ դա տեղի ունենա որքան հնարավոր է ուշ: Եվ անմիջապես ծագում է հին հռոմեական հարցը «Cui bono» (ո՞ւմ է ձեռնտու), իսկ պատասխանը միանշանակ է. այս իրավիճակն առավել ձեռնտու է հենց Փաշինյանին, քանի որ այդ մի քանի հարյուր ռազմագերիները գաղափարականորեն մոտիվացված, ամենաանհաշտելի ու Ղարաբաղը հավատարմորեն պաշտպանողներն են: Եվ ամենակարևորը, պարոն Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում, որ հետ վերադառնան մի քանի հարյուր երիտասարդ, ուժեղ, մարտունակ և շատ զայրացած մարդիկ, որոնք զայրացած են հենց իր վրա: Իսկ այս պահին աթոռը օրորվում է նրա տակ: Եթե այս ամենը 100-150 տարի առաջ լիներ, ապա նա ուղղակի լուռ կհամաձայներ ադրբեջանցիների հետ, որ նրանք պարզապես սպանեն այդ գերիներին: Բայց հիմա այդ ժամանակները չեն: Սա նշանակում է, որ պետք է գործել այլ կերպ՝ ամեն կերպ հետաձգել նրանց վերադարձի գործընթացը:
