Վարդանը զանգել էր կնոջը, սիրո խոստովանության նամակ ուղարկել, իսկ ժամեր անց զոհվել Շուշիի մատույցներում (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՈստիկանության զորքերի ծառայող, շարքային Վարդան Մնացականյանը ծնվել էր 1991-ին՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի Կարմրաշեն գյուղում։ Ամուսնացած էր, ունի մեկ դուստր։
«Ես իմ որդու հետ ամեն փորձություն անցել եմ: Փորձություն ասելով՝ նկատի ունեմ աշխատանքային դժվարությունները։ Լինելով 30 տարվա ոստիկան՝ նրան կոփել եմ հայրենասիրական ոգով»,- ասում է հայրը՝ ոստիկանության վետերան Նորիկ Մնացականյանը։
Վարդանը հոր օրինակով ծառայության էր անցել ոստիկանությունում։ Բարեխիղճ, պատասխանատու ծառայող էր։
2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, երբ Արցախի դեմ սկսվեց լայնածավալ պատերազմ, ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայողները հերթափոխով մեկնեցին կռվելու հանուն հայրենիքի։ Վարդան Մնացականյանը, ծառայողական անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով, չէր ընդգրկվում Արցախ մեկնող հերթափոխերում։ Բայց միշտ պատրաստ սպասում էր իր հերթին։ Շուտով պարզ դարձավ՝ գնալու էր։
Մեկնեց Արցախ և զինակից ընկերների հետ միացավ Շուշիի պաշտպանությանը։ Թեժ մարտեր մղեցին թշնամու դեմ։ Իսկ օրեր անց Շուշի տանող ճանապարհին հայտնվեցին շրջափակման մեջ։ Նոյեմբերի 7-ը ամենածանր օրն էր։
Թեև կնոջը խոստացել էր նոյեմբերի 6-ին մասնակցել դստեր առաջին տարեդարձին, սակայն զանգել էր տուն ու ասել, որ չի գալու։ Ավելի կարևոր առաքելություն են իրականացնում, որ ավելի շատ մանուկներ կարողանան տարեդարձ նշել։
Շրջափակման մեջ եղած ժամանակ զանգել էր հարազատներին։ Խնդրել էր հոգ տանել ընտանիքին ու փոքրիկ դստերը՝ Արփիին։ Նոյեմբերի 7-ի առավոտյան զանգել էր կնոջը, նաև սիրո խոստովանության նամակ էր ուղարկել:
Իսկ ժամեր անց զոհվեց Շուշիի մատույցներում…
Վարդան Մնացականյանի ու բոլոր այն տղաների շնորհիվ, որոնք կյանքի գնով պայքարեցին թշնամու դեմ, այսօր Արփիի նման շատ փոքրիկներ վայելում են իրենց մանկությունը ծնողների հետ։ Փա՛ռք հանուն հայրենիքի ընկած մեր բոլոր տղաներին։
