Շարունակվում են դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ ճնշման փորձերը
Օնիկ Գասպարյանի գործով Վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանի նկատմամբ ճնշումներ գործադրելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններն առավել քան արժանահավատ են, հատկապես՝ վերջին շրջանում իշխող ուժի կողմից դատաիրավական համակարգի նկատմամբ գործադրված ճնշումների վերաբերյալ բազմաթիվ առերևույթ փաստական հանգամանքների ի հայտ գալու, և դրանց վերաբերյալ իշխանության քար լռության համատեքստում։
Վարչական դատարանի կողմից Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի լիազորությունների դադարեցման հակասահմանադրական գործընթացն արգելող հայցի ապահովման միջոցի կիրառումն առավել քան հիմնավոր է։
Արդյունքում՝ Վարչական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 91-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի ուժով կասեցվելու է նոր ԳՇ պետի նշանակման գործընթացը, և Օնիկ Գասպարյանը մինչև վերջնական դատական ակտի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելը շարունակելու է իր պարտավորությունների կատարումը՝ որպես Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ։
Ակնհայտ է, որ ռեժիմը խուճապի մեջ է, քանի որ, այդ դեպքում, ստացվելու է, որ անգամ վարչապետի եւ Հանրապետության նախագահի կողմից Սահմանադրության կոպիտ ոտնահարումը բավարար չէր Հայոց բանակը գլխատելու համար։
Հետևաբար՝ ավելի քան հավանական է, որ իր առջև դրված նպատականերին հասնելու համար որևէ միջոցի առջեւ չխորշող իշխող ուժը դիմի հերթական ծայրահեղ հակաիրավական քայլերի։
Ամեն դեպքում, լիահույս եմ, որ իրավական համայքի հարգանքը վայելող դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանը՝ անկախ ճնշման փորձերից, այս հակասահմանադրական գործընթացին գնահատանք կտա իր դատական ակտերով։
