Ադրբեջանն ունի լծակներ և կարողանում է ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի վրա: Այս մասին ասուլիսի ընթացքում ասաց «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոն ՀԿ ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Ադրբեջանն այսօր ցավալիորեն Հայաստանի վրա ճնշման նոր գործիքներ ունի, առաջնահերթ դա վերաբերում է հենց Սյունիքին, քանի որ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ճանապարհների մի մասը հատվում է Ադրբեջանի հետ: Նրանք ստեղծել են ճնշման տարբեր գործիքներ»,- ասաց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ եղանակային պայմանների բարելավման դեպքում Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է դիրքերը բարելավվել Վայոց Ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի ուղղություններում:

«Նրանք ցանկացած պարագայում փորձելու են դիրքային առավելության հասնել, հիմա դա տեսնում ենք Սյունիքում, իսկ ավելի ուշ տեսնելու ենք Գեղարքունիքում և Վայոց Ձորում և եղանակային պայմանների բարելավման պարագայում Ադրբեջանն այս ուղղությամբ ևս աշխատանքներ տանելու է»,- ասաց նա:

Արցախի նախագայի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդականը նաև անդրադարձավ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը:

«Սյունիքով միջանցքի բացումն արդեն իսկ փաստում է՝ հայկական շահերը որևէ ձևով ներկայացված չեն և չեն իրացվում: Թվում էր, թե ողբերգական կետը նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունն էր, սակայն ամեն օր մենք գնում ենք անհասկանալի զիջումների»,- մեկնաբանեց Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդականը:

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նաև նշեց՝ ռուսական խաղաղապահները զսպող օղակ են և տվյալ ժամանակաշրջանում պատերազմի վերսկսումը դեռևս հնարավոր չէ:

«Ամենամեծ գործոնը, որը կանխում է պատերազմի սկսումը, Արցախում ռուսական խաղաղապահների առկայությունն է, Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ներկայությունը, կարևոր գործոն է Ռուսաստանի առկայությունը, քանի որ Հայաստանը չունի իմունիտետ և անվտանգային միջավայր, բայց գուցե ժամանակի ընթացքում լինեն փոփոխություններ»,- նշեց Աբրահամյանը:

Նա նաև հավելեց՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից արվող հայտարարություններն ունեն պատժիչ բնույթ:

«Այս փուլում Ադրբեջանի սպառնալիքները պատերազմի վերսկսման մասով պատժիչ կամ շանտաժի գործիք են, այս գործընթացում վերջնական արդյունքին հասնելու համար հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի»,- ասաց նա:

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նաև մեկնաբանեց առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հայտարարությունը:

«Ցանկացած պարագայում արտահերթ ընտրությունների դեպքում կարևոր խնդիր է գործող իշխանության բացակայությունը այդ գործընթացին, ինչ մեխանիզմով կլինի, դա կարևոր չէ, բայց գործող իշխանությունը պետք է չլինի և կարևորագույն պայման է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռացումը: Չեմ բացառում, որ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը հասկանում է ստեղծված բարդագույն իրավիճակը և փորձում է ճանապարհներ փնտրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաղ հեռացման համար»,- ասաց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
