LIFEՎիրուսի վիրտուալ պատճենը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է իրական հիվանդությունը տարածվում մարդկանց մեջ:
Քվինսլենդի համալսարանի, Մելբուռնի համալսարանի և Մասաչուսեթսի տեխնոլոգիական ինստիտուտի (MIT) գիտնականները մշակել են կորոնավիրուսի վիրտուալ պատճեն, որը վարակում է ոչ թե մարդուն, այլ սմարթֆոններին: Այն ապահով կերպով ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է իրական հիվանդությունը տարածվում:
Patterns ամսագրում հրապարակված հոդվածը բացատրում է, թե ինչպես է այս վիրուսը գործում: Այն առաջացնում է եզակի բանալիներ, որոնք փոխանակում է այլ սմարթֆոնների հետ Bluetooth-ի միջոցով. Եթե վարակված սմարթֆոնի կողքին կա մեկ այլ սմարթֆոն, վիրտուալ «հիվանդությունը» փոխանցվում է դրան:
Այն աշխատում է պարզ՝ եթե մի սմարթֆոնների խմբի կողքին կա մեկ վարակված սմարթֆոն, ապա բոլոր սարքերն աստիճանաբար վարակվում են: Եվ հետո վիրուսը հետագայում տարածվում է շղթայի երկայնքով: Այս գործընթացը կարելի է հեշտությամբ դադարեցնել, եթե վարակված սմարթֆոնները ժամանակավորապես մեկուսացված լինեն մնացածներից. նույն նպատակով կարանտին մտցվեց ամբողջ աշխարհում:
Նման վիրտուալ վիրուսը սովորական մարդկանց համար ոչ մի վտանգ չի ներկայացնում, քանի որ այն տարածվել է փորձի շրջանակներում: Այն չունի լրացուցիչ վնասակար գործառույթներ: Այն կարող է օգնել համաճարակաբաններին և այլ գիտնականներին՝ իրական ժամանակում վերահսկել հիվանդության տարածումը: Չնայած ավելի դժվար է դիտարկել իրական հիվանդության տարածումը, կան կորոնավիրուսի թեստերի հանձնման ուշացումներ, ինչպես նաև ասիմպտոմատիկ ընթացքի:
Նմանապես, գործում է Google-ի և Apple-ի նախաձեռնությունը, որն ընկերություններն անհապաղ առաջարկել էին համաճարակի ընթացքում: Նրանք իրենց սմարթֆոնների համար հատուկ ծրագրեր են մշակել, որոնք հետևում են կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների հետ հնարավոր շփումներին: Միայն նրանց համակարգը հիմնված է այն փաստի վրա, որ օգտվողները կտեղադրեն հատուկ ծրագիր, և կորոնավիրուսի համար դրական թեստի դեպքում նրանք կտեղեկացնեն դրա մասին.
