ԱՄՆ-ն՝ ընդդեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի

Բնական է, որ այսօր Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին ավելի շատ եւ առաջին հերթին հուզում են ներքաղաքական խնդիրները, քան որեւէ այլ հարց: Բայց մարտի 11-ին լրահոսում հայտնված մի լուր ուշագրավ էր ու մեր երկրի ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին առնչվող:
Տեղական լրատվամիջոցները, հղում անելով ռուսական Russia Today-ին, գրեցին, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը նախատեսում է 900 հազար դոլար դրամաշնորհ հատկացնել Հայաստանում աշխատողների իրավունքների ամրապնդման միջոցառումներին: Մասնավորաբար՝ գործադուլային իրավունք, կոլեկտիվ պայմանագրեր կնքելու իրավունք, արհմիությունների դերի բարձրացում եւ այլն: Նախ ուշագրավ է, որ ամերիկյան դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի մանրամասներին հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկանում են ռուսական լրատվամիջոցից: Եվ հետո, որ պակաս ուշագրավ չէ, աշխատանքային իրավունքների ոլորտում դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի մասին հայտարարվում է հիմա, երբ Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը կոչ է անում, ի նշան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ բողոքի, արգելափակել փողոցները, այլ խոսքով՝ խափանել բոլորի աշխատանքը:
Քիչ հավանական է, որ սա պատահականություն լինի, առավել խելքին մոտ է պնդումը, որ Արեւմուտքն էլ է հոգնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստերից, մանիպուլյացիաներից ու փորձում է այսկերպ ակտիվացնել քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը՝ ընդդեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի: Օրինակ, պետական համակարգում աշխատողին բացատրել, որ նա կարող է մասնակցել հակակառավարական բողոքների, սոցկայքերում հակակառավարական գրառում անել կամ հավանել այլ մարդու հակակառավարական գրառումը, եւ ոչ ոք չի կարող դրանց համար նրան հեռացնել աշխատանքից, ինչպես հեռացրեց Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին եւ նրա տեղակալին: Սեփական իրավունքներից տեղյակ քաղաքացիների առատությունը բացառապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ է:
