«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, պետական կառավարման ողջ համակարգում նկատելի բունտ է հասունանում։ Բանն այն է, որ, մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկության համաձայն, պետծառայողները տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով սկսել են չներկայանալ աշխատանքի. ի դեպ, ամենահաճախ հանդիպողը վատառողջ լինելու «գործոնն» է։ Ըստ կառավարության մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրների, կառավարման համակարգում կան բաժիններ, որտեղ տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ աշխատանքի են ներկայանում միայն բաժնի պետերը, որոնք առանց աշխատողների որևէ էական աշխատանք փաստացի չեն կարող իրականացնել։ Առանց այն էլ կաթվածահար պետական համակարգը հիմա ավելի ծանր վիճակում է, քանզի շատ գերատեսչություններում պարզապես հնարավոր չէ որևէ գործ անել, քանի որ... գործ անող չկա:
