Վրաստանը երկու կրակի արանքում. Արցախյան պատերազմի բումերանգը

« Մենք արդեն սկսել են բանակցային գործընթացը Հայաստանի հետ հաղորդակցությունների բացման մասով։ Դա նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրված պայմանագրի կետերից մեկն է։ Արդեն տեղի են ունեցել տարբեր մակարդակներով մի շարք հանդիպումներ։ Դա կարող է շրջադարձային կետ դառնալ պետերազմի էջը ամբողջությամբ փակելու համար։ Կոմունիկացիաների բացումը բխում է տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների շահերից, այն կստեղծի նոր հնարավորություններ և կտա նոր դինամիկա։ Ես հայտարարում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է դրան», ասել է Ալիևը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Շվեդիայի ԱԳ նախարար Անն Լինդեի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Ալիևը փաստորեն խոստովանել է, որ «պատերազմի էջը» դեռ ամբողջությամբ փակված չէ։ Եվ դա տեղի կունենա, եթե տարածաշրջանում կոմունիկացիաները բացվեն։ Սակայն կոմունիկացիները դեռ չեն ցանկանում բացվել։ Հայաստանն առաջարկում է Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան ճանապարհը բացել Տավուշի մարզի տարածքով, հայտարարելով, որ պետք է բացվեն բոլոր կոմունիկացիաները, այդ թվում նաև Կարս-Գյումրի ճանապարհը։ Վրաստանը, իր հերթին, իր համար շահավետ չի համարում կոմունիկացիաների բացումը տարածաշրջանում, զգուշանալով մեկուսանալու վտանգից: Թբիլիսին չարձագանքեց Աբխազիայի երկաթգծի բացման մասին առաջարկներին։
«Իվանիշվիլին համաձայնել է բանակցել Եվրոպայի հետ, սակայն նա զուգահեռ բանակցություններ է վարում Ռուսաստանի հետ, Ռուսաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Նրանից պահանջում են մտնել վեցի ֆորմատ։ Ադրբեջան, Ռուսաստան, Հայաստան, Իրան, Թուրքիա և Վրաստան, որը դեռ չի համաձայնվել լինել վեցերորդը, և Մոսկվան պահանջում է, որպեսզի Վրաստանը նույնպես մտնի այդ ֆորմատի մեջ», հայտարարել է Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխաիլ Սաակաշվիլին։
Ի՞նչ ի նկատի ունի Ալիևը «պատերազմի չփակված էջ» ասելով։ Արդյոք դա սպառնալիք է նաեւ Վրաստանին, ով համաձայնություն չի տվել մտնել 6-ի պլատֆորմի մեջ։
Վերջերս տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի Զաքաթալայի շրջանում շինարարության ժամանակ քրիստոնեական արտեֆակտների հայտնաբերման մասին, և Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը պահանջել է, որպեսզի աշխատանքները տարվեն վրաց պատմաբանների մասնակցությամբ։ Մի՞թե նոր հակամարտություն է հասունանում Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։ 2020 թ. Արցախյան պատերազմից մի քանի օր առաջ Բաքվի ԱԳ նախարար Բայրամովը մեկնել է Թբիլիսի և այնտեղ հայտարարություններ արել, որոնք Թբիլիսիի կողմից ընդունվել են որպես Դավիդ Գարեջիի վանքի խնդիրը լուծելու խոստումներ, Թբիլիսիի աջակցության դիմաց։ Թբիլիսին աջակցեց, սակայն Ալիևն այդպես էլ չլուծեց վանքի խնդիրը։
«Այստեղ բանաձևը կարող է հետեւյալ տեսքն ունենալ՝ «երեք ավտորիտար քաղաքական գործիչների՝ Պուտինի, Էրդողանի և Ալիևի դաշինքն» ի հակակշիռ «Երևանի և Թբիլիսիի ժողովրդավարական քրիստոնեական դաշինքի՝ հօգուտ Արեւմուտքի», գրում է ռուս վերլուծաբանը։
