Լոս Անջելեսի Staples Center դահլիճում կայացել է արևմտյան երգարվեստի ամենակարևոր իրադարձություններից մեկը՝ ամենամյա «Գրեմմի» մրցանակաբաշխությունը, որն այս տարի անցկացվել է 63-րդ անգամ։ Այն վարել է հարավաֆրիկացի կատակերգու և դերասան Թրևոր Նոան։

Ինպես նշում է CNN-ը, «Լավագույն երգ» անվանակարգում հաղթել է H.E.R անունով հայտնի երգչուհու I Can't Breathe երգը, որը նվիրված է ոստիկանների կողմից սպանված աֆրոամերիկացի Ջորջ Ֆլոյդի հիշատակին։

«Ես ուզում եմ խոսել այն ցավի մասին, որ զգում են միայն սևամորթները»,- ասել է երգչուհին Ֆլոյդին և ԱՄՆ-ում տեղի ունեցած Black Lives Matter-ի բողոքի ակցիաներին նվիրված երգի մասին:

Ամերիկացի երգուհի Բեյոնսեն նոր ռեկորդ է սահմանել «Գրեմմի» մրցանակաբաշխության ժամանակ՝ արժանանալով իր 28-րդ մրցանակին։ Այժմ աստղը դարձել է «Գրեմմի»-ի պատմության մեջ ամենատիտղոսակիր կին կատարողը՝ առաջ անցնելով երգչուհի Էլիսոն Կրաուսից:

«Ես այնքան շոյված եմ, այնքան հուզված»,- ասել է նա՝ ընդունելով «R&B ոճում լավագույն կատարում» անվանակարգում իր մրցանակը:

Նա նաև հաղթող է ճանաչվել «Lավագույն երաժշտական տեսահոլովակ» (Brown Skin Girl), «Ռեփ ժանրում լավագույն երգ» (Savage՝ կատարում է երգչուհի Megan Thee Stallion-ի հետ) և «Լավագույն ռեփ կատարում» (Savage՝ կատարում է երգչուհի Megan Thee Stallion-ի հետ) անվանակարգերում։

«Դուետի/ խմբի լավագույն փոփ-կատարում» անվանակարգում հաղթել են Լեդի Գագան և Արիանա Գրանդեն՝ Rain on Me ստեղծագործությամբ։

«Լավագույն ալբոմ» անվանակարգում հաղթող է ճանաչվել ամերիկացի երգչուհի Թեյլոր Սվիֆթի Folklore ալբոմը, իսկ ահա «Լավագույն փոփ վոկալ ալբոմ» անվանակարգում՝ ալբանական ծագմամբ բրիտանացի երգչուհի Դուա Լիպայի Future Nostalgia-ն։

«Լավագույն ռոք ալբոմ» է ճանաչվել ամերիկյան The Strokes խմբի The New Abnormal ալբոմը, իսկ «Լավագույն ռեփ ալբոմ»՝ Nas-ի King's Disease-ը։

«Լավագույն ձայնագրություն» անվանակարգերում հաղթել է Բիլի Այլիշի Everything I Wanted ստեղծագործությունը։

Այս տարի «Լավագույն նոր արտիստ» է ճանաչվել ամերիկացի ռեփ կատարող Megan Thee Stallion-ը։
