Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական էսկալացիայից հետո այսօր սկսվում են ադրբեջանական բանակի առաջին զորավարժությունները, որոնցում կներգրավվի մինչև 10 000 զինծառայող:

Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունների մեջ տարածաշրջանում կայունության և անվտանգության համար որևէ ռիսկեր չի տեսնում, քանի որ դրանք պլանային բնույթ են կրում: Նմանատիպ վարժություններ Հայաստանում կանցկացվեն մարտի 16-ից:

Ինչով են պայմանավորված այդ զորավարժությունները եւ կա արդյոք նոր պատերազմի ռիսկ: Այս հարցերի շուրջ փորձել ենք զրուցել ՌԴ ռազմական փորձագետ Միխայիլ Խոդարյունոկի հետ:

-Պարո՛ն Խոդարյունոկ, Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո առաջին անգամ Ադրբեջանը միայնակ զորավարժություններ է սկսում: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ ինչ սպասել առաջիկայում: Արդյո՞ք նոր պատերազմի վտանգ եք տեսնում:

-Իմ պատկերացմամբ, հետագայում Ադրբեջանը կփորձի անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը միանա Ադրբեջանի կազմին՝ հենց իր պայմաններով: Ահա ես այսպես եմ պատկերացնում այս տարածքային վեճի ապագան ու լուծումը, այսինքն, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միացումը Ադրբեջանին:

-Միեւնույն ժամանակ տեսնում ենք հայտարարություններ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի կողմից, այսպես ասած «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին: Սա ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք:

-Պատերազմի հավանականությունը բացառել պետք չէ: Որեւէ սցենար բացառել պետք չէ, սակայն հարցն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը, նրա ղեկավարությունը շատ ոգևորված են 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքներից: Նրանք համոզվել են, որ շատ հարցեր կարելի է լուծել հենց ռազմական ճանապարհով եւ չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության մոտ հենց այս տեսակետն առաջնային լինի:

-Իսկ ինչպիսի՞ դիրքորոշում ունի այս հարցում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը:

-Ռուսաստանը հետաքրքրված չէ հնարավոր նոր կոնֆլիկտով: ՌԴ-ի համար կարևոր են բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ: Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը շահագրգռված չէ նոր էսկալացիայով: Միևնույն ժամանակ, իր պարտավորոփւթյուններին համաձայն, եթե նոր պատերազմ լինի եւ այն տեղափոխվի Հայաստանի տարածք, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կկանգնի Հայաստանի կողքին:
