ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Շվեդիայի արտգործնախարար Անն Լինդեն երեկ ժամանել է տարածաշրջան՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդների հետ քննարկել ղարաբաղյան խնդիրն վերջին պատերազﬕց հետո ստեղծված իրավիճակը։

Առաջին կանգառը Բաքվմ էր, որտեղ նա առանձին հանդիպմ է նեցել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, այնհետև հանդիպմը շարնակվել է ընդլայնված ձևաչափով:

Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ﬕջև հաղորդակցթյան վերականգնմը կարող է ելակետ դառնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շրջ հակամարտթյնն ամբողջթյամբ անցյալմ թողնել համար:

«Մենք արդեն սկսել ենք բանակցթյնները Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ﬕջև հաղորդակցթյան բացման վերաբերյալ: Սա նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված [եռակողմ] հայտարարթյան ﬕ մասն է: Բանակցթյնների ﬕ քանի փլեր տարբեր մակարդակներմ արդեն կայացել են:

Կարծմ եմ, որ հենց այս հարցը կարող է ելակետ դառնալ պատերազﬕ էջն ամբողջթյամբ թերթել և այն պատմթյան ﬔջ թողնել համար», — ըստ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքէջի, ասել է Ալիևը: Ադրբեջանի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ հաղարդակցթյան բացմը կօգնի ողջ տարածաշրջանին, դինաﬕկա կհաղորդի տարածաշրջանային համագործակցթյանը և նոր հնարավորթյններ կբացի: «Դա կարող է հանգեցնել հնարավոր համագործակցթյան շատ ոլորտներմ:

Ես արդեն բացահայտ ասել եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է դրան», — ավելացրել է նա: Ըստ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ պատերազﬕց հետո չորս աﬕսները «ցյց են տալիս երկ կողﬔրի կամքը՝ փակել այս էջը և շադրթյնն ղղել ապագային»: Իր հերթին, Լինդեն շեշտել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն «կքննարկի, թե ինչ կարող է անել հակամարտթյան լծմանը նպաստել համար»:

Նա նշել է, որ այս համատեքստմ առաջնահերթթյնն է համարմ ﬕջազգային իրավնքը, մարդ իրավնքները, հմանիտար իրավնքը, խաղաղթյնն անվտանգթյնը:
