Onera ֆրանսիական հետազոտական ընկերությունը ձեռնամուխ Է եղել նոր անօդաչու թռչող սարքի նախագծմանը, որն օգտագործվելու Է ուղեծիր ոչ մեծ արբանյակներ դուրս բերելու համար: Այդ մասին, հաղորդել Է N+1-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Aviation Week-ին:
Աշխատանքները տարվում են ըստ Altair նախագծի, որը Եվրամիության կողմից ֆինանսավորվում Է Horizon 2020 ընդգրկուն ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Altair նախագիծը նախատեսված Է երեք տարվա համար:
Մշակման արդյունքում պլանավորվում Է ստանալ անօդաչուի մասնակցությամբ մի համակարգ, որը կկարողանա 400-1000 կիլոմետր բարձրության վրա ուղեծիր դուրս բերել 50-ից մինչեւ 100 կիլոգրամ զանգվածով արբանյակներ: Altair նախագծի նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ անօդաչու թռչող սարքը կծառայի որպես առաջին աստիճան:
Ենթադրվում Է, որ սարքը կթռչի ցամաքային օդակայանից, կհասնի իր համար առավելագույն բարձրության եւ կարձակի միանգամյա հրթիռ-արագացուցիչը՝ օգտակար բեռով: Հենց այս հրթիռն Էլ պատասխանատու կլինի արբանյակները պահանջվող ուղեծրերով տեղավորելու համար: Արագացուցիչը կստեղծեն կոմպոզիցիոն նյութերի կիրառմամբ, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը:
