Խաչիկ Ասրյանի՝ Ռազմական և Սոցիալական Հայաստան կառուցելու Ազգային Ծրագրի գլխավոր դրույթները (շարունակելի)

Անկոտրո՛ւմ Հայ ազգ
Նորանկախ Հայաստանի պետականաշինության գործում լրջագույն ներդրում ունեցած և 15 տարիների ընթացքում շուրջ 1.500 հայրենասիրական և ռազմահայրենասիրական բնույթի միջոցառումներ կազմակերպած «Սյունյաց և Հայոց Արծիվներ» հայրենասիրական կազմակերպությունների (www.hayocartsivner.am) ավելի քան 300 մասնաճյուղերի ամուր հիմքի վրա ձևավորված «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա կուսակցությունը Ձեզ է ներկայացնում Հայ ժողովրդի անմիջական աջակցության և մասնակցության արդյունքում «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության՝ Հայաստանում նոր՝ Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանություն ձևավորելուց անմիջապես հետո իրականացվելիք (առաջիկա հինգ տարիների համար)՝ Ռազմական և Սոցիալական Հայաստան կառուցելու Ազգային Ծրագրի գլխավոր դրույթները.
1-ին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սեփականություն հանդիսացող ամբողջ ընդերքն ազգայնացնել (ստեղծելով Հայաստանի ազգային տնտեսություն), այսինքն՝ ընդերքի օգտագործման ամբողջ շահույթը բացառապես ուղղել դեպի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական բյուջե, որի արդյունքում էլ՝ 4-րդ ամսից սկսած՝ 1 անգամ, 3-րդ տարվա մեջ՝ 2 անգամ, 5-րդ տարվա մեջ՝ 3 անգամ բարձրացնել առաջին հերթին հետևյալ ոլորտներում աշխատող, ծառայող քաղաքացիների աշխատավարձերը.
ա) Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում աշխատող բոլոր բանվորներինը,
բ) Հայաստանի և Արցախի սահմանները պաշտպանող բոլոր զորամասերի հրամանատարներինը, սպաներինը, պայմանագրային զինծառայողներինը՝ անընդհատ բարելավելով զինվորականի սոցիալական վիճակը,
գ) մանկավարժներինը,
դ) բժիշկներինը և բուժաշխատողներինը,
ե) կրթության և գիտության, մշակույթի, արվեստի, գրականության, սպորտի և երիտասարդության ոլորտների բոլոր աշխատողներինը և ծառայողներինը,
զ) գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության ոլորտների բոլոր աշխատողներինը և ծառայողներինը,
է) Պաշտպանության, Ոստիկանության, Ազգային անվտանգության, Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, Արդարադատության, իրավական և դատական համակարգերի բոլոր ծառայողներինը և աշխատակիցներինը,
ը) կենսաթոշակառուներինը:
