ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հրամանը՝ արգելված տեղեկատվությունը տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա ՀՀ բերելու մասին

Ազգային անվտանգության տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանը փետրվարի 15-ին նոր հրաման է ստորագրել արգելված տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության ցանկերի վերաբերյալ։

2015-ից գործող հրամանը լրացվել է V գլխով։

 

« V. ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԿՈՂՄԻՑ ԵՐՐՈՐԴ ԵՐԿՐՆԵՐԻ ՀԵՏ ԱՌԵՎՏՐԻ ԴԵՊՔՈՒՄ ԱՐԳԵԼՎԱԾ ՏՊԱԳԻՐ, ԱՈԻԴԻՈՎԻԶՈՒԱԼ ԵՎ ԱՅԼ ԿՐԻՉՆԵՐԻ ՎՐԱ ՏԵՂԵԿԱՏՎՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՄԱՔՍԱՅԻՆ ՏԱՐԱԾՔ ՆԵՐՄՈՒԾՄԱՆ, ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՄԱՔՍԱՅԻՆ ՏԱՐԱԾՔԻՑ ԱՐՏԱՀԱՆՄԱՆ, ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՄԱՔՍԱՅԻՆ ՏԱՐԱԾՔՈՎ ՏԱՐԱՆՑԻԿ ՓՈԽԱԴՐՄԱՆ ԹՈՒՅԼԱՏՐՄԱՆ ՓԱՍՏԱԹՂԹԻ ՏՐԱՄԱԴՐՈՒՄԸ

 

17. Թույլատրման փաստաթղթի տրամադրման համար հայտատուի կողմից ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի անունով, կից գրությամբ ներկայացվում են հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը և տեղեկությունները.

1) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից երրորդ երկրների հետ առևտրի դեպքում արգելված տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային տարածք ներմուծման, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային տարածքից արտահանման, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային տարածքով տարանցիկ փոխադրման թույլատրման փաստաթղթի տրամադրումը ստանալու մասին դիմումը (հայերեն կամ ռուսերեն տարբերակով),

2) արտաքին առևտրային պայմանագրի, դրան կից հավելվածների և (կամ) դրանցում կատարված լրացումների պատճենները (առկայության դեպքում),

3) հաշիվ-ապրանքագիրը կամ բեռը ուղեկցող այլ փաստաթղթերը,

4) պետական տուրքի վճարման անդորրագրի պատճենը կամ պետական վճարումների էլեկտրոնային համակարգի կողմից գեներացված անդորրագիրը կամ ծանուցման մեջ նշում է գեներացված անդորրագրի 20 նիշանոց ծածկագիրը,

5) տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության նմուշները՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ բանավոր հարցմամբ:

18. Թույլատրման փաստաթուղթը տրամադրվում է հայտատուի կողմից տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության նմուշները և համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ներկայացվելուց հետո երկու աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում:

19. Թույլատրման փաստաթղթի տրամադրումը մերժվում է.

1) հայտատուի կողմից Կանոնակարգի 17-րդ կետում նշված փաստաթղթերը չներկայացնելու դեպքում,

2) թույլատրում ստանալու համար հայտատուի կողմից ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերում ոչ ամբողջական կամ ոչ հավաստի տվյալների առկայության դեպքում,

3) հայտատուի կողմից տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության նմուշները ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ուսումնասիրությանը չներկայացնելու դեպքում,

4) տպագիր, աուդիովիզուալ և այլ կրիչների վրա տեղեկատվության ներմուծմամբ, արտահանմամբ կամ տարանցիկ փոխադրմամբ ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ազգային անվտանգությանը վնաս հասցնելու հնարավորությունը հավաստող ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների առկայության դեպքում»,-նշվում է նոր հրամանում, որը ուժի մեջ է մտնելու մարտի 4-ին:
