Աֆղանստանում հայտարարել են, որ կկարողանան պաշտպանել երկիրը նաև ԱՄՆ-ի զորքերի դուրսբերումից հետո

Աֆղանստանի բանակը և անվտանգության ուժերը երկիրը կկարողանան պաշտպանել արմատական խմբավորումների գրոհայիններից նաև Աֆղանստանի տարածքից ամերիկյան զորակազմի դուրսբերումից հետո: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Աֆղանստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Մասուդ Անդրաբին, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Աֆղանական ուժերը «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժմանն ապացուցել են, որ նրանք Աֆղանստանում ի վիճակի չեն գրավել նոր շրջաններ»,- նշել է երկրի ՆԳ նախարարը։

Ինչպես նշել է Անդրաբին, աֆղանցիները «կկարողանան պաշտպանել իրենց երկիրը նաև Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զինվորականների դուրս բերվելու դեպքում»։

Օրերս ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարության որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ խիստ վտանգավոր և խնդրահարույց էին համարել մինչև մայիսի 1-ը Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորքերի դուրսբերումը, ինչպես նախատեսված է «Թալիբան» շարժման հետ պայմանավորվածություններով:

The Washington Post թերթի տվյալներով՝ Պենտագոնում կարծում են, որ զորքերի դուրսբերումը կարող է հանգեցնել Աֆղանստանում քաղաքացիական պատերազմի, ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակիցների դեմ հնարավոր ահաբեկչությունների, երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրադրության վատթարացման:

2020 թվականի փետրվարի 29-ին ԱՄՆ նախկին կառավարությունը՝ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի գլխավորությամբ, և «Թալիբան» շարժումը Դոհայում խաղաղության համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել: Համաձայն պայմանավորվածությունների՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները, նրանց դաշնակիցներն ու կոալիցիան պարտավորվում են 14 ամսվա ընթացքում Աֆղանստանից դուրս բերել բոլոր զորքերը։

Թալիբներն, իրենց հերթին, երաշխավորում են, որ չեն օգտագործի Աֆղանստանի տարածքը ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակիցների անվտանգության համար սպառնալիք ներկայացնող գործողությունների համար:
