Համացանցում տարածվել է լուսանկար, որում պատկերված է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը` դահուկավարելիս:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի էջում տեսանյութ էր հրապարակվել՝ գրությամբ.

«Այսպես, 1999-ին Դավոսի ժամանանակից ճոպանուղին 1970-ականներից ժառանգություն մնացած Ծաղկաձորի ճոպանուղու հետ համեմատել, իհարկե, հնարավոր չէր։ Սակայն Ծաղկաձորը ձմեռային սպորտաձևերի կենտրոն դարձնելու ձգտումը մեծ էր։ Արդեն 2003-ին, երբ հնարավոր եղավ ներդրումներ ներգրավել և երկրի բյուջեն թույլ էր տալիս, սկսվեց փոքրիկ քաղաքի վերածնունդը։ Առաջին երկու ճոպանուղու (Leitner իտալական ընկերության կողմից էին կառուցվում), և մի քանի լեռնադահուկային երթուղիների կառուցումը սկսեցինք ու ավարտեցինք 2004 թվականին, երրորդ ճոպանուղին հանձնեցինք 2005-ին, ևս երկուսն ավելացրինք 2007 և 2008 թվականներին: Մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում միայն Ծաղկաձորում բացվեցին և վերակառուցվեցին 20-ից ավել հյուրանոցներ։ Աճող զբոսաշրջային պահանջները բավարարելու համար էլ պետությունը մեծ ներդրում էր իրականացնում ենթակառուցվածքներում՝ ճանապարհներ, ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման համակարգեր։ Այսօր արդեն դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ ընդամենը 15 տարի առաջ Ծաղկաձորը քաղաք-ուրվական էր հիշեցնում։ Իսկ ամեն ինչ սկսվեց Դավոսում՝ 1999-ին։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն իր «Կյանք և ազատություն» ինքնակենսագրականում այսպես է պատմում Ծաղկաձորի վերածննդի մասին»։
