Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանը նախաձեռնել է կառուցել Եղբայրական գերեզմանոցի նոր հատվածը, որտեղ ննջում են 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով անմահացած հերոսները: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Քաղաքային իշխանությունների այս որոշումը պայմանավորված է մեր սուրբ նահատակների ընտանիքներին ֆինանսական ծանրաբեռնվածությունից ազատելու ցանկությամբ: Բացի այդ, յուրաքանչյուրիս պարտքն է փայփայել մեր տղաների անմար հիշատակը և նեցուկ կանգնել նրանց հարազատներին:
