2021թ. մարտի 10-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, իր տան բակում դիմակավորված անձի հետ տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի ժամանակ, ազգությամբ հայ, ՌԴ քաղաքացի, Գյումրիում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի աշխատակիցը որովայնի առաջնային պատի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք՝ բարակ աղիքի միջընդերքի վնասումով, հեմոպերիտոնեիում, կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջնային մակերեսի 4-րդ միջկողային շրջանի թափանցող, ձախ բազկի վերին երրորդի կտրած, ձախ անոթափոսի կտրած, աջ նախաբազկի կտրած վերքեր, պնեւմոթորաքս ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոն: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան հայտնեցին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։

«2021թ. մարտի 10-ին՝ ժամը 21:33-ին, Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ որովայնի առաջնային պատի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք՝ բարակ աղիքի միջընդերքի վնասումով, հեմոպերիտոնեիում, կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջնային մակերեսի 4-րդ միջկողային շրջանի թափանցող, ձախ բազկի վերին երրորդի կտրած, ձախ անոթափոսի կտրած, աջ նախաբազկի կտրած վերքեր, պնեւմոթորաքս ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ: Պարզվել է, որ տղամարդը հանդիսանում է ազգությամբ հայ, ՌԴ քաղաքացի, Գյումրիում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի աշխատակից՝ (փականագործ) ծնված 1981թ.:

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը) 1-ին մասով: Տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ վերջինս նշված վնասվածքներն ստացել է 2021թ. մարտի 10-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, իր տան բակում դիմակավորված անձի հետ տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի ժամանակ: Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ նույն օրը տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի ընթացքում հանցագործի հետ քաշքշուկի եւ ծեծկռտուքի արդյունքում ձախ դաստակի եւ ճաճանչ-դաստակային հոդի շրջանի բազմաթիվ կտրած վերքերի, 3-րդ եւ 4-րդ մատների ծալվող ջլերի վնասումով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել նաեւ 1981թ. ծնված տղամարդու կինը. վերջինս նույնպես ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասվում է մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էիք, որ դիմակավորված անձը հարձակվել է Գյումրիի ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ծառայողի ու նրա կնոջ վրա. նրանք վնասվածքներ են ստացել։
