Որոշել են կրճատել ռազմական բյուջեն, արդեն այդ հարցով 2 քննարկում է եղել
POLITICSԻշխանություններն ակտիվորեն քննարկում են ռազմական բյուջեի կրճատման հարցը: Վերջերս արդեն երկու քննարկում է տեղի ունեցել. մեկը՝ Կառավարությունում, մյուսը՝ ՊՆ-ում, գրում է 168.am-ը՝ վկայակոչելով իր տեղեկությունները։
Խոսքը մի քանի տասնյակ միլիարդի մասին է, շահագրգիռ անձինք՝ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյան, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյան, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյան:
«Տիգրան Ավինյանը նույնիսկ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչներին քննարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ ռեպլիկ է հնչեցրել, թե՝ մեկ է, պարտվել եք՝ այդքան բյուջեն ի՞նչ եք անում:
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների՝ ՊՆ-ում ռազմական բյուջեի կրճատման մասով դժգոհություններ և անհամաձայնություններ կան, ինչը, ըստ էության, հաշվի չի առնվել և չի առնվելու, լավագույն դեպքում՝ կրճատվող գումարի փոփոխություն լինի, եթե լինի, իհարկե:
Իսկ թե ի՞նչ բարեփոխումների մասին են խոսում այս դեպքում, մնում է միայն պատկերացնել: Մյուս կողմից, ենթադրելի է՝ բարեփոխումները հարմարեցնելու են կրճատված ռազմական բյուջեին, և արդյունքում չի բացառվում՝ կարևոր օղակների կրճատման փաստի ականատես լինենք, երբ նոր պատերազմի վտանգ կա»,– գրում է կայքը:
