ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում թվարկել է մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Եվրոպայում ու մասամբ՝ Ասիայում հրաժարական տված 10 պետությունների ղեկավարներին և նշել պատճառները.
Մի տեղ՝ կոռուպցիայի, մեկ այլ տեղ՝ ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամի, երրորդ տեղ՝ կառավարման անհաջողությունների պատճառով։
Ոչ մի տեղ չի եղել խայտառակ պարտություն, մարդկային հազարավոր զոհեր, տարածքային կորուստներ։
Դե հիմա էլ ավելի լավ պատկերացրեք, թե ինչ կարգի անբարոյական սրիկա է կապիտուլյանտը։
Պատկերացնելը՝ պատկերացնում ենք, բայց մի պահ էլ պետք է պատկերացնենք, թե ինչպիսի որակ պետք է ունենա Փաշինյանի նմանին պաշտպանողն ու իշխանության ղեկին թողնողը:
Մարդիկ խրախճանք, դմփդմփհու են անում հազարավոր մատղաշ կյանքերը զոհաբերելուց հետո, և այդքանից հետո իսկապես դժվար է չափել այդ անձանց բարոյականության, ավելի ճիշտ՝ անբարոյականության սահմանը:
Վստահ եմ՝ գիտեք, պարոն Աշոտյան, որ ձեր նշած գործիչներն ու կառավարությունները հեռացել են, որովհետև պատիվ են ունեցել, թասիբ, բարոյականություն, սիրել են իրենց պետությունը: Վեր չեն ընկել իրենց աթոռներին, մատաղ արել իրենց ազգի երեխաներին, որոճացել իշխանության բարիքները:
Ցանկացել են իրենց երկիրը ավելի լավը սարքեն, չի ստացվել, գնացել են...
Նրանք գերադասում են նաղդ նզովքի պատմության նիսիա գնահատականից...
