Սպանության փորձ՝ Մալիշկա գյուղում
SOCIETYՄարտի 8-ին, ժամը 13.47-ին, «Եղեգնաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգեցին ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին։ Մալիշկա գյուղից բուժհաստատություն էր տեղափոխվել 61-ամյա տղամարդ՝ նռնակի պայթյունից ստացած վնասվածքներով։
Հիվանդանոց ու Մալիշկա մեկնեցին օպերատիվ-քննչական խմբեր, փորձաքրեագետներ։ Եղեգնաձորի քրեական հետախույզները օպերատիվորեն պարզեցին դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ։ Նրանց տեղեկություններով՝ 61-ամյա տղամարդը նույն օրը, ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում, պատրաստվել էր դաշտ գնալ՝ վառելափայտ բերելու, ուստի կցորդը փորձել էր միացնել մեքենային։
Մինչ այդ ինչ-որ մեկը կցորդի ամրացման հատվածում մետաղալարով նռնակ էր ամրացրել, իսկ երբ տղամարդը փորձել էր կցորդն ամրացնել մեքենային, նռնակը պայթել էր, և նա ստացել էր բեկորային վնասվածքներ։ Պայթյունի ձայնը լսած հարևաններն օգնության էին հասել ու զանգել շտապօգնություն։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվեցին նռնակի օղակ, մետաղական բեկոր, կցորդիչի անիվի մետաղական բեկորներ, նռնակի ասեղիկ, արնանման հետքեր, ինչպես և դեպքի ժամանակ տուժողի հագած հագուստը՝ արնանման հետքերով։ Եղեգնաձորի ոստիկանները շարունակեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները, որոնց միացան քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ու Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչության գործընկերները։ Համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում այլ հանգամանքներ պարզվեցին, որոնց համաձայն՝ տուժողի հետ միջանձնային լարված հարաբերություններ ունեցող 61-ամյա համագյուղացին մարտի 7-ի երեկոյան գնացել էր նրա առանձնատան մոտ, հանել էր ապօրինի ձեռք բերված «ՌԳԴ-5» տիպի նռնակի օղը, բերել մարտական վիճակի և տեղադրել տան մոտ կայանված կցորդիչի վրա՝ հարմարեցնելով այնպես, որ կցորդիչի շարժման դեպքում նռնակը պայթի։
Մարտի 9-ին Եղեգնաձորի ոստիկանները կասկածվողին հայտնաբերեցին ու բերման ենթարկեցին բաժին։ Նա տվել է խոստովանական ցուցմունք ու ձերբակալվել։ Սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
