«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ մասնագետները խոսում էին այն մասին, որ հետպատերազմյան ցնցումներն առաջինը նկատելի են լինելու տնտեսության վրա, ինչն էլ իր հերթին շղթայական ռեակցիայով ուղղակի ազդեցություն է ունենալու պետբյուջեի վրա։ Ավելին, որոշ տնտեսագետներ կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ շուտով հնարավոր չի լինելու թոշակ, նպաստ ու աշխատավարձ վճարել: Ճիշտ է, վերջերս այդ նպատակով իշխանությունները երկիրը գցեցին հերթական պարտքի տակ՝ 750 մլն դոլարի եվրոբոնդ թողարկելով, սակայն, կարծես, դա էլ չի օգնում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ինչքան էլ իշխանությունները և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում են այնպես անել, որ ֆինանսական առումով խուճապ չառաջանա հանրության շրջանում, այնուամենայնիվ, մարդիկ իրենց վրա են զգում, թե ինչ անկառավարելի վիճակ է ստեղծվել երկրում և ողջ կառավարման համակարգում։
Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, պետբյուջեում առաջացած շատ լուրջ ճեղքվածքների պատճառով լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել որոշ վճարումների հետ կապված: Խոսքը հատկապես միանվագ վճարումների մասին է: Ի մասնավորի, մենք դժգոհություններ ենք ստանում, որ պետության կողմից հղի կանանց տրվող նախածննդյան գումարները չեն հատկացվում: Ֆինանսական խնդիրներ կան նաև երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ գումարների հետ կապված: Ըստ մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների, առանձին դեպքերում 2-3 ամիս է՝ այդ գումարները կա՛մ չեն վճարվել, կա՛մ վճարվել են մասամբ։
