ՀՀ ճանապարհների մի շարք վտանգավոր կետերում կատարվում են անվտանգության բարելավման աշխատանքներ

Հայաստանի ճանապարհային անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակներում հանրապետության մի շարք ավտոճանապարհներին կիրականացվեն ճանապարհային անվտանգության միջոցառումներ։ Մասնավորապես‚ կկատարվեն վտանգավոր կետերի անվտանգության ապահովման հետ կապված աշխատանքներ‚ կբարելավվեն ենթակառուցվածքները‚ որոշ հատվածներում կտեղադրվեն ճանապարհային անվտանգության իրազեկման գովազդային վահանակներ‚ ճանապարհների նախագծմամբ զբաղվող մի շարք հաստատություններում կկատարվեն ճանապարհային անվտանգության մասով աուդիտորական կարողությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներ և այլն։

Օրերս մեկնարկել են Հ-8 և Մ-5‚ Երևան-Արմավիր-հայ-թուրքական սահման ճանապարհների վրա 9 վտանգավոր կետերի ճանապարհային անվտանգության և ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման միջոցառումները։ Շինաշխատանքներ կատարելու համար պայմանագրեր են կնքվել «Արհովշին» և «Արարատ ճանշին» ընկերությունների հետ։ Աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսվում է 2021թ. սեպտեմբերին: Մասնավորապես‚ Հ-8 հանրապետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհին աշխատանքներ կտարվեն երկու վտանգավոր կետերի վրա. կվերանորոգվի Նոր Խարբերդ և Մարմարաշեն բնակավայրերի մոտ գտնվող օղակաձև խաչմերուկը. կփոխվեն եզրաքարերը‚ կկատարվեն գծանշումներ‚ կասֆալտապատվի հարակից տարածքը և այլն։ 

Անվտանգության բարելավման աշխատանքներ կտարվեն նաև Մ-2‚ Մ-4‚ Մ-6‚ Մ-11‚ Մ-12 միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհներին։ Աշխատանքները նախատեսված է իրականացնել 2021 թվականի ընթացքում։

Ճանապարհների վրա առավել վտանգավոր կետերը որոշվել են Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից վթարների վերաբերյալ տրված վիճակագրության վերլուծության հիման վրա։ Ուսումնասիրություններն արվել են միջազգային փորձագետների ներգրավմամբ։ Որոշվել են նաև այն գործողությունները՝ ճանապարհային նշանների տեղադրում‚ գծանշում‚ ասֆալտապատում և այլն‚ որոնց կիրառմամբ տվյալ հատվածներում կբարելավվի երթևեկության անվտանգությունը։

Հայաստանի ճանապարհային անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագիրը կյանքի է կոչվում Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի մինչև 4,25 մլն եվրո ներդրումային դրամաշնորհի միջոցներով։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՏԿԵՆ «Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից։
