Չինաստանում չղջիկների կենսանյութում հայտնաբերվել են SARS-CoV-2-ի հետ կապված վիրուսներ
SOCIETYԱվստրալացի եւ չինացի հետազոտողները լայնածավալ ուսումնասիրություն են անցկացրել Չինաստանի հարավ-արեւելքում գտնվող Յունան նահանգի շրջաններից մեկում ապրող չղջիկների կենսանյութի վերաբերյալ եւ գտել կորոնավիրուսի չորս գենոմ՝ կապված SARS-CoV-2-ի հետ, հաղորդում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։
«Մենք ուսումնասիրել ենք Չինաստանի Յունան նահանգի փոքր տարածաշրջանում ապրող չղջիկների 23 տեսակներից 411 նմուշները: Հետազոտություններն իրականացվել են 2019-ի մայիսից մինչեւ 2020-ի նոյեմբեր։ Արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է նոր SARS-CoV-2-ի եւ SARS-CoV-ի հետ կապված երեք գենոմ»,-ասված է հրապարակման մեջ:
Վիրուսներից մեկը՝ RpYN06-ը, ունի գենոմի կառուցվածք, որն առավելապես նման է SARS-CoV-2-ին, այն նույնական է 94,5%-ով: Եվս երեք հարակից SARS-CoV-2 կորոնավիրուսներ գրեթե նույնական են վիրուսների հետ, որոնք նախկինում հայտնաբերվել էին չինական Գուանգսի նահանգում:
Ինչպես նշում են հետազոտողները, SARS-CoV-2-ի էվոլյուցիոն արմատներ այդպես էլ չեն հայտնաբերվել: Չղջիկները համարվում են մի շարք վիրուսների կրողներ, որոնք փոխանցվում են մարդկանց, օրինակ, դրանք համարվում են Մարբուրգ վիրուսի, Էբոլայի եւ կորոնավիրուսի կրողներ: Կորոնավիրուսները վարակիչ են ոչ միայն մարդկանց, այլ տարբեր ընտանի եւ վայրի կենդանիների համար, այդ թվում՝ խոզերի, կատուների, շների, հավերի, եղնիկների եւ ոզնիների համար:
