SOCIETYԵրեւանում այսօր՝ մարտի 8-ին, ժամը 21:40-ի սահմաններում անհայտ մակնիշի եւ համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Գեւորգ Չաուշի փողոցում վրաերթի է ենթարկել 2 հետիոտնի եւ նրանց թողնելով անօգնական, դիմել է փախուստի: Այս մասին հաղորդում է shamshyan.com-ը։
Վրաերթի ենթարկվածներից մեկը տեղում մահացել է, մյուսը՝ Երեւանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների կողմից ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Վիրավորը Երեւանի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Էդգար Մայիլյանն է, իսկ մահացածը՝ նրա հայրն է՝ Սամվել Մայիլյանը, ում տարիքը ճշտվում է:
Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ) եւ 244-րդ հոդվածի (դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմելը) հատկանիշներով:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական եւ քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ փախուստի դիմած ավտոմեքենան եւ վարորդին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Վրաերթի հարեւանությամբ բնակվող մեծ թվով բնակիչներն ասում էին. «էս ճանապարհը ինչ սարքել են, ամեն օր վթարների ենք ականատես լինում: Ո՛չ արտաքին լուսավորություն կա, ո՛չ էլ համապատասխան նշաններ: Ամեն օր, նամանավանդ երեկոյան ժամերին, ահը սրտներումս ենք անցնում, չգիտենք՝ տուն կհասնենք, թե չէ: Հետո էլ քաղաքապետարանն ու ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունն ասում են, թե ցանկացած ճանապարհ շահագործման հանձնելուց առաջ կահավորում ենք արտաքին լուսավորությամբ, սվետաֆորով, երթեւեկությունը կարգավորող նշաններով, բայց ինչ էս փողոցը սարքել են, ստացվում ա՝ էշ մի սատկի, գարուն կգա: Պատկան մարմինները սպասում են, որ զոհերի թիվն ավելանա, որ նոր ուղեղներին զոռ տան ու էդ հարցերը լուծեն: Վրաերթի ենթարկվածները հայր ու որդի են, ովքեր փողոցն անցել են հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված վայրով: Հիմա գոնե էս դեպքից հետո Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը մարդկային վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերի եւ էդ խնդիրները լուծվեն, հակառակ դեպքում՝ ականատես կլինենք նմանատիպ դեպքերի»:
