«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Արդյո՞ք գոյություն ունեն հայկական ռազմական մշակումներ, թե՞ դա ընդամենը գովազդ է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում կրած պարտության ֆոնին, որի պատճառներից մեկը, ըստ երկրի ղեկավարության, հնացած զենքն էր, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը գրեթե ամեն շաբաթ հրապարակում է շնորհանդեսային տեսանյութեր հայկական ռազմական նորարարությունների նմուշներով: Սակայն անհայտ է՝ այդ մշակումները սերիակա՞ն, թե նախատիպերի տեսքով գոյություն ունեն: Հոլիվուդի և գովազդի այլ կանոնների համաձայն, նկարահանված գեղեցիկ տեսահոլովակները ավելի քան տպավորիչ են թվում: Համակարգչային գրաֆիկա, տեսախցիկի գեղեցիկ անկյուններ, հուզական երաժշտություն, հասկանալի է, որ տեսահոլովակները նկարահանել են պրոֆեսիոնալները:

Պետք է նշել, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերությունն իսկապես սովորել է նկարահանել գեղեցիկ տեսահոլովակներ: Կարելի է դրանք մի քանի անգամ վերանայել և զարմանալ այն ստեղծողների պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով: Բայց տեսանյութերն ինքնին ցույց են տալիս տարօրինակ և անհասկանալի բաներ, ինչպես տարօրինակ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, որոնք նման են իսրայելական ԱԹՍներին, ՌԷՊ անհասկանալի համակարգերը, որոնք հպարտորեն անվանվում են «X100», և ռուսական ականներ ռուսական ականանետերի համար: Նման կերպ ի՞նչ է ուզում ասել Հայաստանի բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարը իր քաղաքացիներին: Մի՞թե այն, որ պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության համար հատկացված միջոցները հաջողությամբ թալանված են: Թե՞ Հայաստանում իսկապես կարծում են, որ ականանետերի համար ականների արտադրությունը բարձր տեխնոլոգիա է:

Ավելին, զարմանալի չի լինի, եթե պարզվի, որ այդ գեղեցիկ գովազդները նկարահանել են օտարերկրյա մասնագետները: Նման գեղեցիկ կերպով ներկայացված «բարձր տեխնոլոգիական» պատերազմական միջոցների ո՞ր նմուշներն են փորձարկվել Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ընթացքում: Ըստ երևույթին, ոչ մեկը:
