Թանկագին Մայրե՛ր, ազնվագույն Տիկնա՛յք և Հայոց Դուստրե՛ր,
Դուք մեր երջանկության, հաղթանակների, մեր զավակների հայրենատիրության դաստիարակության այն աղբյուրն եք, որոնց ակունքները գալիս են մեր պատմության համառ ու աննահանջ թագուհի Փառանձեմից, Հայրենիքի ու իր ամուսնու կողքին կանգնած, որպես զինվոր ու սիրող կին Սոսե մայրիկից, Հայրենական Մեծ Պատերազմից մինչև այսօր տեղի ունեցած բոլոր հերոսամարտերին մասնակցած ազնվագույն կանանցից:
Ազգը մարմին է, լեզուն` Ոգի: Անցյալից է գալիս այս իմաստնությունը: Այդ Ոգին առաջինը Դուք դրեցիք Ձեր զավակների էության մեջ, և նրանց թլոլ շուրթերին ծաղկեց մայրենին ու կոչվեց Մայրենի լեզու:
Ձեր քնքուշ մատներով փայփայեցիք հողը, նրանով սնեցիք Ձեր զավակներին ու իրենցով` հողը, և այն կոչվեց Մայր հող:
Մեր նախնիները վաղ անցյալում կնոջ պաշտամունքի առջև խոնարհումով ստեղծեցին առաքինության, զգաստության ու պտղաբերության աստվածուհի Անահիտին, ռազմի, իմաստնության ու ողջախոհության աստվածուհի Նանեին, սիրո, գեղեցկության ու ջրերի աստվածուհի Աստղիկին, ջրային ոգի Ծովինարին:
Դարերը սրբագործեցին անցյալը: Այսօր Ձեր կենսական ուժը, Ձեր շուրթերին հնչող պահապան աղոթքի առաջին աղերսը Մայր Աստվածուհին է, և թող անպակաս լինի Աստվածամոր պահապան լույսը Ձեր օջախներից:
Աստվածամորից ժառանգեցիք տիեզերական հրաշքը` Ձեր զավակներին՝ լույս ափերով հովանավորելու և Ցեղի տեսակը հավերժություն տանելու դժվարին առաքելությունը: Ձեր Ոգու զորությամբ սերնդեսերունդ փոխանցեցիք մեր հերոսական լեգենդներն ու ասքերը` Ձեր զավակներին օժտելով արծվի թռիչք ու վեհության ուժ:
Անձամբ իմ և «Հայոց Արծիվների» անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեր Մարտի 8-ը՝ մաղթելով քաջառողջություն, անսպառ լույս ու ջերմություն Ձեր ավանդական օջախներին, երկարակեցություն և Ձեր ափի մեջ անընդհատ հզորացող Հայոց պետականության անսասան ճակատագրի պաշտպանություն:
