1. Բրոկոլի
Բրոկոլի կերեք հաճախակի և ձեր թոքերը պաշտպանված կլինեն թույների ազդեցությունից:
2. Նարինջ
Նիկոտոնի կործանարար ազդեցություններից մեկն այն է, որ այն նվազեցնում է C վիտամինի քանակը: Այդ պատճառով հարկավոր է հաճախակի օգտագործել նարինջ:
