Աբու Դաբիում կայացած IDEX-2021 միջազգային ռազմարդյունաբերական ցուցահանդեսում հայկական ընկերությունները ներկայացել էին դատարկ տաղավարով, որտեղ հայկական ռազմարդյունաբերության պրոդուկտներին փոխարինել էին բուկլետներն ու ծաղիկները։

Ավելի ուշ ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել` նշելով, որ ցուցանմուշների տեղափոխման ընթացքում առաջացած լոգիստիկ խնդիրների հետևանքով՝ հայկական ռազմական տեխնիկայի ցուցանմուշները չեն հասել Աբու Դաբի։ Իսկ վերջերս էլ նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանն ԱԺ-ում իր ելույթի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, թե հայկական դատարկ տաղավարը, ըստ տարբեր գնահատականների, ամենագեղեցիկներից է եղել:

ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ը գրավոր հարցում է ուղարկել Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարություն` պարզելու, թե փետրվարի 21-25-ին կայացած միջոցառմանը բուկլետով ներկայանալու համար Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեից որքան գումար է հատկացվել, նախարարության քանի աշխատակից է հարկատուների հաշվին գործուղման մեկնել, ինչպես ասում է նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը` շատ գեղեցիկ տաղավարում բուկլետ ցուցադրելու համար։

Ստացված պատասխանում նշված է, որ ցուցահանդեսին ԲՏԱ նախարարությունից մասնակցել է 6 հոգի։

Ցուցաահանդեսին մասնակցել են նաև 14 հայկական ընկերություն և 45 ներկայացուցիչ։

Պետական բյուջեից ավիատոմսերի գնման համար հատկացվել է 2 միլիոն 537 հազար 520 դրամ։

Թեև նախարարությանը հարցրել ենք, թե որքան գումար է հատկացվել պետական բյուջեից պատվիրակության օրապահիկի, գիշերակացի համար, սակայն նախարարությունը պատասխանում թիվ չի նշել, ընդամենը հղում է արել օրենքին։

«Օրապահիկն ու գիշերակացը հաշվարկվել է համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության 20.12.05 թիվ 2335 որոշման սահմանված նորմատիվների»,-կարդում ենք պատասխանում։

Նշենք, որ Աբու Դաբիում, որտեղ հայկական պատվիրակությունն անց է կացրել 4 օր, պետական օրապահիկի չափը կազմում է 1 հոգու համար 178 ԱՄՆ դոլար, հետեւաբար 6 հոգու օրապահիկի համար պետբյուջեից վճարվել է շուրջ 1000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Գիշերակացը Աբու Դաբիում արժեցել է 1 հոգու համար 281 դոլար եւ համապատասխանաբար` 6 հոգու գիշերակացի համար վճարվել է շուրջ 1600 դոլար: Այսինքն` 6 հոգանոց պատվիրակության` Աբու Դաբիում օրապահիկի և գիշերակացի համար հարկատուները վճարել են ընդհանուր` շուրջ 10400 դոլար:

Նշենք, որ վերջերս Ազգային ժողովում «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարեց, որ այդ ցուցահանդեսին միայն մասնակցության համար Հայաստանը վճարել է 200 000 դոլար գումար։
