ECONOMICSԻշխանությունը հետեւողականորեն քանդում է բոլոր կայացած համակարգերը, հերթը բանկերինն է։ Կառավարությունն ԱԺ է ուղարկել «Կենտրոնական բանկի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծ՝ առաջարկելով ստեղծել կենտրոնական ռեեստր, որին պետք է մասնակցեն ՀՀ բոլոր առեւտրային բանկերը՝ ռեեստրին պետք է տրամադրեն տվյալներ բացված եւ փակված բանկային հաշիվների մասին, մասնավորապես՝ «բանկի հաճախորդի բանկային հաշվի համարը, հաշվի բացման եւ փակման, բանկային պահատուփի տրամադրման եւ օգտագործման դադարեցման ամսաթվերը, հաճախորդի եւ հաճախորդի կողմից լիազորված անձի նույնականացման՝ պետական իրավասու մարմնի կողմից տրված փաստաթղթի տվյալները, ինչպես նաեւ բանկի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները», այդ թվում՝ վերջին 5 տարվա ընթացքում փակվածների: Սրա նպատակը նախկինների դրամական հոսքերին հետեւելն ու բռնագանձելն է։ Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ ասվում է, որ «բանկային հաշիվների կենտրոնացված ռեեստրի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գործիքակազմի արդյունավետության բարձրացումն» է։
