Երեկ ԲՏԱ նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը խորհրդարանում փորձել է պատգամավորներին համոզել, որ Աբու Դաբիում տեղի ունեցածը, երբ աշխարհի ամենամեծ ռազմատեխնիկական ցուցահանդեսներից մեկում Հայաստանի տաղավարը դատարկ էր, իսկ ցուցանմուշների փոխարեն բուկլետներ էին, առանձնապես մեծ ողբերգություն չէ: Ավելին, նա նշել է, որ մեր տաղավարը բավական լավ տեսք ուներ: Սակայն փորձագետները և փաստերը այլ բան են վկայում մի ցուցահանդեսի մասին, որի համար իշխանությունները ծախսել են մոտ 200 հազար դոլար: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս ցուցահանդեսի հիմնական ներկայանալի կազմակերպությունը պետք է լիներ «Արսենալ ԼՏԴ» ընկերությունը, որին կառավարությունը դեռ 2019 թվականի փետրվարին մաքսային արտոնություն էր տրամադրել ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերի, հումքի և նյութերի ներմուծման համար, որոնք օգտագործվելու էին զենքի և զինամթերքի արտադրության մեջ։ Սակայն բանն այն է, որ արտադրության մասին դեռ որևէ խոսք չկա:

Փոխարենը, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, այս կազմակերպությունը նաև ներմուծման լիցենզիա ունի, և հիմա ավելի շատ հանդես է գալիս որպես զենք ներմուծող և մատակարարող ընկերություն: Բայց ըստ մամուլի առանձին հրապարակումների, այստեղ էլ, մեղմ ասած, ամեն ինչ չէ, որ բնականոն հունով է գնում: Ըստ այդմ, պետությունը երկու տրանշով նշյալ կազմակերպությանը տրամադրել է մոտ 1,2 մլրդ դրամ, ընդ որում, փաստացի ամբողջ գումարը տրամադրվել է... որպես կանխավճար: Սակայն, ըստ տեղեկությունների, նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում համապատասխան զինատեսակները չեն մատակարարվել, իսկ արտադրելու մասին խոսք էլ չկա: Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այս տարի ևս նախատեսվում է համանման պատվեր իջեցնել: Թե ինչ գումարի չափով, առայժմ պարզել չհաջողվեց:
