«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների համատեքստում իշխանությունը հընթացս քննարկում է ԳՇ պետի հավանական թեկնածուների հարցը։ Ճիշտ է՝ գլխավոր շտաբից ուղիղ տեքստով հասկացնում են, որ հույս չունենաք, թե Գասպարյանը կհեռանա, սակայն իշխանությունը փնտրտուքի մեջ է։ Առաջին թեկնածուն Անդրանիկ Մակարյանն էր, սակայն, նրա վրա եղած կոմպրոմատներով, ճնշումներով առավելագույնը իշխանությունը կարողացել է հասնել ԳՇ հայտարարությանը չմիանալուն, սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, վերջինս նշել է, թե բարոյական չի համարում Օնիկ Գասպարյանից հետո այդ պաշտոնը ստանձնել։
Ավելին, հասկացրել է, որ թեմայի հանգուցալուծումից հետո հեռանալու է։ Երկրորդ թեկնածուն ներկայումս ՊՆ վերահսկողության ծառայության պետ Ջալալ Հարությունյանն է, սակայն նա էլ դեռ վերջնական չի կողմնորոշվել, թե ինչպես շարժվի ստեղծված իրավիճակում, իսկ առողջական խնդիրները դեռ հնարավորություն չեն տալիս լիարժեք ներգրավվել ծառայությունում։ Երեկ շրջանառվում էր նույնիսկ ԳՇ նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի անունը: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այս պահին քննարկվող թեկնածուներից է նաև Արցախի ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Միքայել Արզումանյանը, ում վրա իշխանությունը դեռ վերջնական կանգ չի առել, սակայն նրա տեղափոխությունը Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ամենահավանականներից է համարվում, եթե հաջողվի Օնիկ Գասպարյանի «հարցերը լուծել», ինչի համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դաշտ է նետել հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր ռեսուրսները։
Հաշվի է առնվում այն հանգամանքը, որ ՊԲ-ն ներհայաստանյան վերջին իրադարձություններին մասնակից չի եղել, և Արզումանյանը կարող է առավել չեզոք թեկնածու դիտվել, հատկապես, որ եղած թեկնածուներն էլ ոչ մի կերպ չեն ցանկանում Օնիկ Գասպարյանին նեղացնել կամ հանրության կողմից թիրախավորվել։
