BBC-ի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը անդրադարձել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ հայտարարությանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄիջազգային ադրբեջանալեզու լրատվամիջոցները ևս սկսել են անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հայտարարություններին կապված նրա հետ, որ Սյունիքում սահմանների հետ կապված գործընթացը խախտում է բնակիչների իրավունքները: Խոսքը նաև վերաբերում է Սյունիքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի, ցուցանակների, դրոշների ներկայության անթույլատրելիության վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։
BBC-ի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հայտարարությանն ի պատասխան արել է սեփական մեկնաբանությունը, թե Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները չեն արձագանքել այդ «մեղադրանքին»։ Այդ կերպ փորձ է արվել հիմնավորել, թե Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտպանի հայտարարություններն առ այն, որ սահմանների հետ կապված գործըթացի պատճառով ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները խախտվել կամ վտանգվել են, հիմնազուրկ են:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատկամ արձանագրում է, որ ՀՀ Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանների հետ կապված գործընթացը չի բխում իրավունքի գերակայությունից ու հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի հիմքերին, ապացուցվում է նաև այդ մարզերում սահմանային դարձած գյուղերի բնակիչների իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներով կամ խախտման լուրջ վտանգներով:
Գլխավոր տրամաբանությունը միևնույն է շարունակում է մնալ այն, որ սահմանների որոշման գործընթացը չի կարող խաթարել սահմանային բնակավայրերի բնակիչների բնականոն կյանքի պայմանները, չի կարող խախտել նրանց իրավունքները:
Այստեղ հարցը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն մարդկանց իրավունքներին տների ու հողատարածքների, այլ նաև ջրային ռեսուրսների, կենսական հաղորդակցության միջոցների նկատմամբ և այլն:
Պետք է հաշվարկվեն նաև բոլոր հնարավոր վնասները, որ մարդը կամ գործարարությամբ զբաղվող անձը կարող է կրել. այս ամենը նույնպես պետք է դառնա միջազգային բանակցությունների ու քննարկումների առարկա:
Մարդու համար չեն կարող առաջ այնպիսի պայմաններ, որոնք խաթարում են իր բնականոն կյանքն իր իսկ մշտական բնակավայրում միայն այն պատճառով, որ իր իրավունքները հաշվի չեն առնվել սահմանների հետ կապված ինչ-որ գործընթացի պատճառով:
