ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի և Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունների աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Վ. Ղ.-ն` տեղեկանալով, որ ժամկետային զինծառայող Հ. Ա.-ն մասնակցելով 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմին` անհետ կորել է, խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ 2021թ. հունվարին վերջինիս հորը՝ Ա. Ա.-ին վստահություն ներշնչելու նպատակով խաբեությամբ ներկայացել է որպես օտարերկրյա պետության որոշակի անձանց շրջանում կապեր ունեցող անձնավորություն: Ա. Ա.-ի հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում Վ. Ղ.-ն նրան հայտնել է, թե իբր ճշտել է, որ որդին գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներից մեկում, որտեղից վերջինիս նախ այլ երկիր, իսկ այնուհետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխելը կազմակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ է տալ 30.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ արտերկրում գտնվող իր վստահելի անձանց: Միաժամանակ, Ա. Ա.-ին մոլորեցնելու, նրա գիտակցության և կամքի վրա ներազդելու նպատակով Վ. Ղ.-ն հայտնել է, թե իբր նշված գումարից 15.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վճարվելու է «Սպիտակ խաչ» նախաձեռնության կողմից, իսկ մնացած 15.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը պահանջել է Ա. Ա.-ից: Հափշտակության նպատակը քողարկելու համար Վ. Ղ.-ն 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին Ա. Ա.-ին առաջարկել է նշված գումարը նոտարական կարգով ձևակերպել որպես վերջինիս կողմից իրեն պարտքով տրվող գումար:

Իրագործելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը՝ Վ. Ղ.-ն 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ին՝ ժամը 15:45-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայում գտնվող սրճարանում Ա. Ա.-ից խաբեությամբ ստացել է 7.896.750 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք նշված 15.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, որից անմիջապես հետո բռնվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից՝ իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով չկարողանալով հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա Վ.Ղ.-ն ձերբակալվել է: Կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել է:

Քրեադատավարական թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները և տուժողների ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ հանցավոր հակումներ ունեցող նմանատիպ անձանց հետ գործարքների մեջ մտնելուց և կրկին վստահեցնում է, որ պետությունը շարունակում է ձեռնարկել գործուն միջոցներ՝ գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
