Արմեն Սարգսյանը համոզել է Օնիկ Գասպարյանին, որ կամովին դիմում գրի՝ մերժվել է

Մենք ուրբաթ օրը՝ փետրվարի 26-ին գրել էինք, որ «Արմեն Սարգսյանը ետ է վերադարձրել Օնիկ Գասպարյանի ազատման որոշումը»։ Գրել էինք․

«Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է վերադարձրել ԳՇ պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին ազատելու որոշումը, նա առարկում է վարչապետի կայացրած որոշումը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ գործող օրենսդրությամբ Արմեն Սարգսյանը եռօրյա ժամկետում կամ պետք է հաստատեր, կամ առարկեր՝ հետ վերադարձնելով։ Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չընդունի վերադարձը, նախագահը կարող է այն ուղարկել ՍԴ, որտեղ կքննվի սահմանադրականության հարցը: Այդ ընթացքում Օնիկ Գասպարյանը շարունակելու է մնալ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ»:

Այս լուրից րոպեներ անց նախագահականը հերքում տարածեց, որ նման բան չկա՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջնորդությունը ետ չի վերադարձվել։ 

Իսկ հաջորդ օրը՝ փետրվարի 27-ին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմը տարածեց հաղորդագրություն այն մասին, որ՝ 

«Հանրապետության նախագահը, իր սահմանադրական լիազորությունների շրջանակում, առարկություններով վերադարձրել է հրամանագրի նախագիծը:

Հանրապետության նախագահը հետապնդում է մեկ նպատակ՝ երկիրը զերծ պահել սահմանադրական կարգին ու անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգներից, ապահովել երկրի կայունությունը և զինված ուժերի բնականոն գործունեությունը»:

Մի կողմ թողնենք այն, որ վաղօրոք՝ մեր աղբյուրներով ձեռք բերված ճշմարտացի լուրը հերքելու իմաստը չկար՝ եթե հաջորդ օրը իրենք էին տարածելու նույն տեղեկատվությունը։ Դառնանք այն գործընթացին, որը նախորդել է ՀՀ նախագահի որոշմանը։ 

Փետրվարի 27-ի կեսօրին՝ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը գտնվում էր նախագահականում։ Մենք լուր էինք տվել այդ մասին, գրելով․ «Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրավերով, որը վերջին ճշգրտումներն է անում ԳՇ պետի ազատման հրամանագրի հետ կապված որոշումը կայացնելուց առաջ»:

Մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ իրականում՝ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին հրավիրել էին նախագահական՝ համոզելու, որ կամովին դիմում գրի հեռանա եւ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հոգին ազատի այդ հրամանագրի հետ կապված որոշում կայացնելուց։ Սակայն ԳՇ պետը, զինվորականին վայել համառությամբ, պնդել է, որ դիմում չի գրելու՝ գնդակը թողնելով Արմեն Սարգսյանի դաշտում։ 

Այժմ, երբ Իմքայլականները գործի են դրել սպառնալիքի զինանոցը՝ պատգամավոր Վահագն Հովակիմյանի բերանով հայտարարելով, որ պատրաստվում են Արմեն Սարգսյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու գործընթաց սկսել, խիստ կասկածելի է, թե նման զգուշավոր մարդն իրեն ինչպես կպահի։ Չնայած այս պարագայում՝ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույն օրն իսկ նորից է հետ ուղարկել ԳՇ պետին ազատելու միջնորդությունը, ՀՀ նախագահն այլ անելիք չունի, քան այդ միջնորդությունը ՍԴ ուղարկելը։

Հիմա թերեւս բոլորին հասկանալի դարձավ, թե ինչու էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գրոհով գրավում Սահմանադրական դատարանը՝ այն յուրային դատավորներով համալրելով՝ որ նման իրավիճակներում որոշումները կայացվեն իր օգտին, այլ ոչ թե նրան հակադրվող անձանց ու կառույցների։
