«Ղրիմի բռնակցումը հնարավոր չէ ճանաչել, քանի որ բռնակցում տեղի չի ունեցել». Պեսկովը մեկնաբանել է Բայդենի հայտարարությունը

Ռուսաստանը չի բռնակցել Ղրիմ թերակղզին, այն օրինական ճանապարհով միացել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը:
Այս մասին այսօր շեշտել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ մեկնաբանելով ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի՝ ԱՄՆ-ն երբեք չի ճանաչի Ռուսաստանի կողմից թերակղզու բռնակցումը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ լրատվական գործակալությունը:
«Ղրիմի բռնակցումը, իսկապես, հնարավոր չէ ճանաչվել, և ոչ ոք չի խոսում Ղրիմի բռնակցման մասին, քանի որ դա երբեք չի եղել», - ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը՝ շեշտելով, որ «տեղի է ունեցել Ղրիմի վերամիավորում Ռուսաստանին և դա տեղի է ունեցել միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր նորմերին խիստ համապատասխան»:
Ինչպես հիշեցրել է Պեսկովը, Ղրիմի օրենսդիր մարմնի որոշումը կայացվել է Ղրիմի կարգավիճակին համապատասխան, որն այդ ժամանակ Ուկրաինայի մաս էր կազմում․ «Այստեղ ձեռնարկվել է բացարձակ հստակ և անթերի իրավական գործողությունների շարք, ուստի որևէ բռնակցում չի եղել և չպետք է ճանաչվի, մենք պարզապես պետք է ընդունենք Ղրիմի՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ վերամիավորելու փաստը և դրա կարգավիճակը` որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մի մաս»։
Այն հարցին թե արդյոք Բայդենը նշել է Ղրիմի թեման հունվարի 26-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում, Պեսկովը բացասական պատասխան է տվել:
2014 թվականի մարտին, Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցած պետական հեղաշրջումից հետո, Ղրիմի Գերագույն խորհուրդը և Սևաստոպոլի քաղաքային խորհուրդն ընդունել են անկախության հռչակագրեր: Մարտի 16-ին Ղրիմում և Սևաստոպոլում անցկացվել է հանրաքվե, որի արդյունքում հանրապետության ընտրողների 96,77 տոկոսը և Սևաստոպոլի ընտրողների 95,6 տոկոսը կողմ են քվեարկել Ռուսաստանի հետ վերամիավորմանը: Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մարտի 18-ին ստորագրել է Ղրիմի Հանրապետությունը և Սևաստոպոլը Ռուսաստանի կազմում ընդունելու մասին պայմանագրերը, որոնք այնուհետև հաստատվել են Պետդումայի և Դաշնության խորհրդի կողմից: Ուկրաինան,սակայն, հրաժարվել է ճանաչել ղրիմցիների կամքի դրսևորման արդյունքը:
