Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն մարտի 1-ին Իրանին մեղադրել Է անցյալ շաբաթ Օմանի նեղուցում հրեական պետությանը պատկանող Helios Ray նավի վրա հարձակման համար: Համապատասխան հայտարարությունը նա արել Է Kan պետական ռադիոկայանի եթերում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Անտարակույս, դա եղել Է Իրանի գործողությունը: Դա պարզ Է»,- մեջբերում Է անում կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքից The Times of Israel թերթը:
«Իրանն Իսրայելի գլխավոր թշնամին Է, ես վճռականորեն տրամադրված եմ կանգնեցնելու նրան»,- նաև նշել Է Նեթանյահուն:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հետ կայացած զրույցում ինքը Միացյալ Նահանգների ղեկավարին հավաստիացրել Է, որ Իսրայելն Իրանին թույլ չի տա միջուկային զենք ունենալ:
«Իրանցիները միջուկային զենք չեն ունենա, գործարքով կամ առանց դրա: Ես նաև դա ասացի իմ բարեկամ Բայդենին»,- հայտարարել Է Նեթանյահուն:
Փետրվարի 26-ին Միացյալ Թագավորության Ծովային առևտրական կազմակերպությունն իրազեկել Է Օմանի նեղուցի ափի մոտ նավի վրա պայթյունի մասին, ոչ ոք չի տուժել:
Իր հերթին Reuters գործակալությունը, վկայակոչելով Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Dryad Global ընկերությունը, որն զբաղվում Է ծովում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերով, հայտնել Է, որ խոսքը վերաբեում Է Helios Ray նավին, որը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Դամմամ նավահանգստից մեկնում Էր Սինգապուր: Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ այդ նավը պատկանում Է Թել Ավիվից մի ընկերության և օգտագործվում Է ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների փոխադրման համար:
