Այս իրավիճակն ինչ-որ ձևով կհարթվի, առանց որեւէ «մայդանի»: Ցույցը կցրվի, բայց այն ցույցը, որ կա մարդկանց ներսում, չի կորի: Ավելին, չի վերանա քաղաքացիական դժգոհությունը: «Sputnik-Արմենիա» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը: Բանախոսը նկատում է, որ ժողովուրդն այլ ճանապարհ, քան ցույցերի միջոցով իր դժգոհությունն արտահայտելը, չի տեսնում: «Այո, ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները կիսամեռ են, ընտրություններ գոյություն չունեն, միակ ելքը՝ նման կարգի ցույցերն են: Սա նշանակում է, որ նման ցույցերի առիթներ կարող են կրկին լինել: Եվ դա է հիմնական խնդիրը»,-ընդգծել է նա:
Իսկանդարյանը սեփական դիտարկումների արդյունքում հանգել է այն եզրակացության, որ բողոքի դուրս եկած մարդկանց շարքերում շատ չեն նրանք, ովքեր վճարունակ չեն եւ չեն կարողանում վճարել էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար, բայց, միեւնույն է, նրանք ընդվզում են:
Քաղաքագետի գնահատմամբ՝ սա համացանցային հավաք է, այն ստեղծվել է հիմնականում Ֆեյսբուքում, այսինքն՝ սոցցանցերի միջոցով միավորվել է սոցիալական հանրություն: «Հավաքվածների մոտ 70-80 տոկոսը բավական երիտասարդ է, հիմնականում՝ երևանաբնակ: Եւ սա քաղաքացիական դժգոհության արտահայտում է, որևէ քաղաքական կենտրոն չկա կամ դեռ չկա, այն կարող է ձևավորվել: Այս երևույթը բնորոշ է Երևանի համար, մենք նման ցույցեր տեսել ենք, օրինակ՝ կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխումների ժամանակ»,-նկատել է նա:
Իսկանդարյանն իրավիճակի զարգացման մի քանի տարբերակներ է առանձնացնում: Առաջինը՝ ցույցի երկարաձգումն է, երկրորդը՝ ցույցի տեղափոխումն է, օրինակ՝ հրապարակ, այնուհետեւ մարում: Երրորդը՝ իշխանությունների կտրուկ արձագանքն է, որն արդեն եղել է և կարող է կրկնվել: «Չորրորդը՝ փոխզիջումն է: Չի կարելի բացառել նաև այն, որ ցույցը կարող է նոր որակ ստանալ, բայց դրա հավանականությունը բավական փոքր է»,-նշել է նա:
Քաղաքագետը չի բացառում, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը հենց այն հիմքն է , որը կարող է վերածվել քաղաքական պահանջներ ներկայացնող շարժման: «Դա արդեն կատարվում է, քաղաքական լոզունգներ են հնչում: Իհարկե, քաղաքականությունը ջրի պես է, եթե փակես բոլոր ուղղությունները, այն, միևնույն է, կգտնի իր ուղին հոսելու համար»,-մեկնաբանել է Իսկանդարյանը:
Ցուցարաները չունեն «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»: Բանախոսը չի տեսնում միասնական մարմին եւ միասնական կամք:
Նրա համար նկատելի է միայն ռազմավարությունը՝ վերջնագրի ռազմավարությունը: «Նրանք ցանկանում են, որպեսզի իշխանությունները կատարեն իրենց պահանջն ու այդ ժամանակ իրենք կհեռանան»,-ասել է Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:
