«Պետք է խեղդել այն». ճապոնացիները կոչ են անում պատրաստվել Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատերազմի
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՃապոնական լրատվամիջոցների ընթերցողները հուզականորեն են արձագանքել Կուրիլյան կղզիներում ռուսական զորավարժությունների մասին լուրերին: Այս մասին գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:
Ավելի վաղ «Յոմիուրի սիմբուն» և «Հոկայդո Սիմբուն» պարբերականները, Yahoo News Japan խոշորագույն ճապոնական լրատվական կայքը, հայտնի TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting Corporation) և Hokkaido UHB News հեռուստաալիքները նյութեր էին ներկայացրել փետրվարի 26-ին Հարավային Կուրիլյան կղզիներում սկսված զորավարժությունների մասին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, բոլոր տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսները մեջբերում էին Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը զորավարժությունների մեկնարկի մասին: Գերատեսչությունը, մասնավորապես, մատնանշել է զորավարժությունների պլանային բնույթը և հիշեցրել է, որ նախապես նախազգուշացրել էր դրանց մասին: Այնուամենայնիվ, դա չի հետաքրքրել ընթերցողներին:
Որոշ օգտատերեր մտածել են, որ ռուսական զորավարժությունները ենթադրաբար ուղղված են Ճապոնիայի վրա հարձակման նախապատրաստմանը, և կոչ են արել նախաձեռնող քայլեր ձեռնարկել:
«Ռուսաստանը հստակ պատրաստվում է մեզ հետ պատերազմի: Այնպես որ, եկեք մենք էլ պատրաստվենք նրա հետ պատերազմի»,-գրում է imo-ն:
«Ի՞նչ «հյուսիսային տարածքների» վերադարձի մասին է խոսքը: Միթե խոսքը չի՞ գնում Հոկկայդոն զավթելու ռուսական ծրագրերի մասին»,- ենթադրել է niw-ը:
«Սարսափելին այն է, որ մեր կողքին գտնվող «հյուսիսային կղզիները» վերածվում են հզոր ռուսական բաստիոնի: Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունները միգուցե անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել: Բայց շատ ավելի արդյունավետ կլինի, եթե մենք Ռուսաստան ուղարկենք բազմաթիվ գործակալների, որոնք ձգտեն քայքայել այն ներսից»-ահազանգել է 2216-ը:
Նշենք՝ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո Ռուսաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև հաշտության պայմանագրի բացակայությունը երկար տարիներ վատթարացրել է երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները: Տոկիոն հավակնում է Հարավային Կուրիլներին (Կունաշիր, Շիկոտան, Իտուրուպ և Հաբոմայ կղզիներ)՝ վկայակոչելով «Առևտրի և սահմանների մասին» 1855 թ. երկկողմ պայմանագրի դրույթները:
Մոսկվան այս առնչությամբ պնդում է՝ կղզիները պատերազմից հետո մտել են ԽՍՀՄ կազմ և որ դրանց նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի ինքնիշխանությունն անհերքելի է:
Հիշեցնենք՝ 1956-ին ԽՍՀՄ-ը և Ճապոնիան ստորագրել էին համատեղ հռչակագիր, որով Մոսկվան համաձայնել էր խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումից հետո քննարկել երկու կղզիների՝ Հաբոմայի և Շիկոտանի Ճապոնիային փոխանցելու հնարավորությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ, հետագա բանակցությունները ոչ մի կերպ չեն փոխել իրավիճակը:
Նշենք՝ մինչ կորոնավիրուսային համավարակը երկու երկրների կառավարությունները սկսել էին համատեղ տնտեսական գործունեության նախագծեր իրականացնել Հարավային Կուրիլներում, բայց կարանտինային միջոցառումները թույլ չէին տվել, որ այդ ծրագրերն իրականություն դառնան:
