Ի՞նչ են քննարկել Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետերը` Մոսկվայում
POLITICSՀայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետներ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը և Շահին Մուստաֆաևը երեկ Մոսկվայում կայացած հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ առաջարկել են ցուցակագրել երկաթուղային ու ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրումների միջազգային պայմանագրերը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին, տեղեկությունը լրագրողներին է հայտնել ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը Մոսկվայում կայացած աշխատանքային խմբի նիստից հետո։
«Կողմերը քննարկել են երկաթուղային, ավտոմոբիլային և համակցված փոխադրումների փորձագիտական ենթախմբերի հաշվետվությունները, այդ թվում` փոխադրումների ապահովման հարցերի վերաբերյալ՝ ներառյալ անվտանգությունը, սահմանային, մաքսային, սանիտարական, անասնաբուժական, բուսասանիտարական և հսկողության այլ տեսակները։ Կողմերի իրավասու մարմիններին հանձնարարվել է ցուցակագրել ԱՊՀ շրջանակում կնքված միջազգային պայմանագրերը և երրորդ երկրների հետ կնքված միջազգային պայմանագրերը, որոնք վերաբերում են վերոնշյալ փոխադրումների իրականացմանը», – ասել է Օվերչուկը։
Նա հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետների` Արցախի հարցով հաջորդ հանդիպումը, որն արդեն չորրորդը կլինի, կկայանա մարտի 1-ին տեսակոնֆերանսի ձևաչափով։
Օվերչուկը հավելել է, որ աշխատանքային խումբը որոշել է լրամշակել 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության 4-րդ կետով նախատեսված զեկույցի նախագիծը։
Հայտարարության համապատասխան կետը նախատեսում է, որ աշխատանքային խումբը մինչև 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ը կողմերի հաստատմանը կներկայացնի այն միջոցառումների ցանկն ու իրականացման ժամանակացույցը, որոնք ենթադրում են տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքի նոր օբյեկտների վերականգնում և կառուցում, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի տարածքով իրականացվող միջազգային փոխադրումների կազմակերպման, կատարման և անվտանգության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի կողմից իրականացվող փոխադրումների համար, որոնց կատարման համար պահանջվում է հատել այդ երկրների տարածքները։
Աշխատանքային խմբի երրորդ նիստում, որն ավարտվել է երեկ գիշերը, քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի, Հայաստանի վարչապետի և ՌԴ նախագահի` 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի իրականացումից բխող համատեղ աշխատանքի հիմնական ուղղությունները, ինչպես նաև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության 2-րդ, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերի դրույթները:
