Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սամվել Բաբայանին «վերադարձնում» է Արցախ
POLITICSՓետրվարի 26-ին կայացել է Արցախի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նոր կազմով առաջին նիստը։
Քննարկվել են ԱՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահի, նախագահի տեղակալի և քարտուղարի ընտրության հարցերը: Գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ ԱՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ է ընտրվել Սիրան Հայկի Ավետիսյանը, նախագահի տեղակալ` Միքայել Սիմոնի Սողոմոնյանը, քարտուղար` Տիրան Վահրամի Աթանեսյանը:
Նոր ձևավորված ԱՀ ԿԸՀ-ն իր լիազորությունները կստանձնի 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ին:
Սիրան Ավետիսյանը Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության անդամ է: Նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Սամվել Բաբայանի եւ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի միջեւ հուշագիր ստորագրվեց: Սակայն նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո, երբ ստորագրվեց կապիտուլացիայի փաստաթուղթը Սամվել Բաբայանը իրեն «պրծացրեց» պատասխանատվությունից, հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացրեց, հրաժարվեց Արցախի հերոսի իր կոչումից, ապա մի մեղադրական հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրելով Արցախի եւ ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը:
Հենց այդ ժամանակ պաշտոնանկ եղան նաեւ նրա բոլոր կադրերը, այդ թվում՝ Սիրան Ավետիսյանը, ով զբաղեցնում էր Արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնը: Նա իր հրաժարականի առիթով եւս մի զգայացունց տեքստ էր տարածել.«Այսպիսի որոշումը պայմանավորված է իմ քաղաքական հայացքներով. այն է՝ մեզ վստահության քվեով օժտած ժողովրդին տված խոստումներին հավատարիմ մնալը, մասնագիտական գործունեության ընթացքում բացառապես ազգային գործունեություն ծավալելը, երկրի կայուն զարգացմանը ծառայելը:
Այս ճանապարհին առաջնորդվել եմ իմ քաղաքական թիմի՝ «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Սամվել Բաբայանի գաղափարախոսությամբ, պետական մտածողությամբ և միասնականության սկզբունքով: Պատիվ եմ ունեցել քաղաքականություն մտնելու հաղթանակած գեներալ, ռազմական և քաղաքական գործիչ Սամվել Բաբայանի հետ:
Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ԱՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իմ գործընկերներին՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի համար»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Սակայն վերջին ժամանակներում Արցախից պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ Բաբայան-Արայիկ Հարությունյան դաշինքի փլուզումը թվացյալ է, բացի այն, որ խորհրդարանում երկու կուսակցությունները շարունակում են դաշնակցությունը, պետական պաշտոնների են նշանակվում Բաբայանի կուսակիցները: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ առաջիկայում մի շարք առանցքային պաշտոններում կնշանակվեն Բաբայանի մարդիկ, ասում են՝ սա նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ցուցումն է Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, նա Բաբայանին «վերադարձնում է» Արցախ, որպեսզի կանխի Հարությունյանի մրցակից Վիտալի Բալասանյանի ուժեղացումը, որը կարող է հանգեցնել իշխանափոխության: Բաբայանը թեեւ ասել է, որ ինքն անձամբ չի պատրաստվում վերադառնալ, բայց կադրերի միջոցով խոստացել է կոնտրոլի տակ պահել գործընթացները:
