Ամբողջ բանակն այդ կարծիքին է
INTERVIEWՄի քանի օր է՝ ակտիվ քննարկվում է Գլխավոր շտաբի ղեկավարության հայտարարությունը, որով պահանջում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը։ Գեներալ-մայոր Հովիկ Օհանյանը «շատ ճիշտ է համարում» հայտարարությունը։ Նա մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Փաշինյանը սեպտեմբերի 28-ին կամ 29-ին պետք է հրաժարական ներկայացներ։ «Պատերազմն անփորձ մարդու բան չէ։ Խաղաղության ժամանակ կան զորավարժություններ, կան խորհրդակցություններ Գլխավոր շտաբում, պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, հետախուզություն, այդ տվյալները չկայի՞ն»։
- Այսինքն՝ նկատի ունեք, որ իմացել են ի սկզբանե, որ պարտություն ենք կրելու, եւ շարունակել են վարել պատերազմը։
- Դե, մենք ճիշտ ենք արել, որ վարել ենք պատերազմը՝ խոսքը բանակի մասին է։ Հանձնվեի՞նք առաջին օրը։
- Ես քաղաքական իշխանությանը նկատի ունեմ։
- Դե, իշխանության գործողությունները չգնահատեմ։ Ես գնահատում եմ իշխանության գործողությունները. օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը՝ զրո, պարտություն, խայտառակություն եւ այլն։ Իհարկե, ամենակարեւորը՝ մեր զոհերը, վիրավորները, գերիները, մեր կորցրած տարածքները... Իրականություն է, ես էլ չկրկնվեմ, բոլորս գիտենք թե՛ մարդկային կորուստները, թե՛ տարածքային․․․ թե՛ միջազգային հանրության մոտ գլխիկոր մնալը։
- Այդքան բան եք նշում, բայց Փաշինյանը չի ուզում թողնել պաշտոնը։
- Դե, Դուք էլ եք համոզված, մենք էլ ենք համոզված, որ հեռանալու է։ Իսկ թե դրանից հետո ոնց կլինի, ինչ կլինի…
- Պարոն Օհանյան, խոսո՞ւմ եք Ձեր զինվորական ընկերների հետ, ԳՇ վերջին հայտարարության մասին ի՞նչ են ասում։
- Դե, զինվորական միահամուռ իրենց կարծիքը հայտնել են՝ թե՛ Գլխավոր շտաբը, թե՛ բանակային կառույցները... եթե կորպուսի հրամանատարն է միացել, կարող է մի պայմանագրային դրա հետ համաձայն չլինի՝ դա շատ քիչ է, բայց ամբողջ բանակն է այդ կարծիքին կամ ամբողջ ժողովուրդը։
- Երեկ Փաշինյանն ասում էր, որ այդ հայտարարությունը ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ է։
- Ինչի՞, մարդիկ իրենց կարծիքն ասելու իրավունք չունե՞ն։
- Դե, ասում են, որ բանակն իրավունք չունի խառնվելու քաղաքականությանը։
- Բայց ե՞րբ են խառնվել։ Ինձ չի թվում, որ հայ քաղաքական գործիչն այդպես պետք է վարվի սեփական ժողովրդի հետ։
- Դուք մասնակցո՞ւմ եք ընդդիմության ցույցերին։
- Ես գործող զինվորական եմ, չեմ մասնակցում, բայց մասնակցողներ կան, իհարկե։
- Երեկ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ բարձրաստիճան զինվորականները լքել են իրենց ծառայությունը։ Այս առնչությամբ ի՞նչ կասեք։
- Ես չեմ լքել, ինքը թող ասի՝ ովքեր են լքել։
- Ասում էր՝ զինվորականներ, Դուք այդպիսիք ճանաչո՞ւմ եք կամ տեսե՞լ եք, որ ծառայությունը թողնեն։
- Չէ, իմ տեսած զինվորականները միայն հերոսություններ են կատարել։
